　　新华网福州5月9日消息，据福建泰宁泥石流灾害救援指挥部最新消息，截至5月9日中午12时，泰宁县开善乡池潭村“5.8”泥石流灾害现场已经发现19具遇难者遗体，尚有失联人员20名。

　　泰宁仍在持续下雨，给救援工作带来较大困难。据8日7时-9日7时统计，泰宁县1小时最大雨量达50.5毫米；3小时最大雨量达97毫米。

　　“一般24小时超过501毫米的降水即是暴雨。从监测数据显示，这次降水雨量大雨势急，给泰宁救援增添了难度。同时，短时强降雨容易引发城市内涝、山洪地质灾害及其次生灾害，其余高边坡、岸边、水边、低洼地的群众也要尽快转移。”福建省防汛办副主任郑国恩说。

　　由国土资源部、民政部、水利部、国资委、安监总局等部门领导与专家组成的国务院工作组，已于9日凌晨抵达泰宁，一早赶赴池潭村泥石流灾害受灾现场，指导抢险救援工作。
