　　中新网鹿邑5月9日电(记者 齐永)针对媒体报道的河南鹿邑县公安局拖延陈先生、韩女士夫妇要求的赔偿款一事，5月9日，鹿邑县公安局回应称，目前，该局已经启动赔偿程序，有关赔偿事宜正在进行中。

　　日前有媒体报道称，几年前，鹿邑县公安局在办案中扣押和查封了韩女士家包括小轿车等在内的财产和物品，事后韩女士向河南省高级人民法院人民赔偿委员会提出赔偿申请。2015年12月，河南省高级人民法院作出国家赔偿决定，要求鹿邑县公安局向韩女士支付赔偿金大约40万元。然而至今，韩女士一家人仍然没有拿到赔偿款。

　　5月9日，新任鹿邑县副县长、公安局长何新敏面见当事人，通报情况，表示公安机关将严格依法办事，坚决按照法律规定，积极履行赔偿义务。(完)
