今年即将从广东某高校本科毕业的小剑（化名）告诉记者，本科期间每年纯学费支出约为8000元。以此推算，完成5年本科教育，小剑的家庭需要直接承担的学费成本约4万元。8年本硕连读下来，学生个人需要支付直接的纯学费成本在10万元上下。
这还仅仅是体现在学生个人身上的成本，来自国家承担的成本还包括医学院校的建设、教研成本以及国家奖助学金的成本等。
不过相对于经济成本，医生的培养更主要的是时间成本。据了解，目前国内三甲医院对学历的最低要求大多为硕士以上。小剑告诉记者，即使是本科毕业之后马上就业，3年规培之后才勉强算得上临床医生，而成为一名专科医生更是需要7年时间。
这意味着，从大学开始计起，国家要培养一名专科医生需要12年的时间。而对于医生个人而言，成为专科医生的年龄在30余岁。
小剑和深圳某三甲医院医生小婷均选择在本科后放弃继续进修研究生直接从业。其原因是其家庭难以继续支持其攻读研究生，“其实我也想读研究生，但更想尽早出来工作。”小婷告诉记者。
医生人才培养时间长已经成为行业内的共识，这也是导致国内医生人才短缺，医生资源紧张的原因。
“规培还涉及医生人力资源的成本，因为新手进入医院规培，每个科室至少需要1名医师指导培训。”小剑告诉记者。

而小剑则表示，“后悔学医”的心态大多源于学医的投入与回报不成正比。
在外界看来，医生或是一个高薪职业。不过，小剑和小婷告诉记者，医生收入没有外界传的那么高，每家医院中高收入医生的占比并不大，年薪过30万元的医生屈指可数。
据小剑介绍，国内三甲医院的薪酬标准是：2800元底薪+科室奖金等福利补贴，普通医生的月收入在1~2万元之间。“但国内三甲医院又有多少家？”
记者了解到，在规培阶段，本科生规培时长为3年，硕士生规培时长2年，博士生1年。在规培期间，一、二线城市医院医生个人每月收入在3000元左右，三、四线城市医院医生月收入为1500元左右。
“规培生需要面临的生活压力还是挺大的。”小剑告诉记者。
据介绍，成为规培生后，还需要进行各种考试（至少每年一次）、听讲座拿学分，从而升级评职称。
