暴雨洪水致重庆16区县受灾 3人死亡经济损失逾1亿
中新网重庆5月9日电 (记者 刘相琳)记者9日从重庆市防汛抗旱指挥部获悉，连日来该市遭受今年以来强度最大、覆盖面积最广的强降雨袭击，暴雨洪灾造成重庆16个区县不同程度受灾，因灾死亡3人，直接经济损失1.07亿元。

　　自5月6日午后开始，重庆26个区县出现强降雨天气过程，63个雨量站降雨累计超过100毫米，最大雨量为开县谭家184.3毫米。受降雨影响，綦江等26条中小河流均出现不同程度涨水，除江津区綦江河五岔站出现洪峰水位199.83米、超警戒水位1.32米外，其余均未超警戒水位。

　　为了应对可能出现的险情，重庆市防汛抗旱抢险中心、武警水电第八支队等专兼职抢险队伍严阵以待，做到抢险物资、设备及人员24小时备勤，一旦发生险灾情，即能迅速出击、快速抢险。此外，重庆市水文局在第一时间派出3支应急监测队伍奔赴开县、綦江、酉阳等多个暴雨受灾区县开展应急监测。

　　灾情发生后，重庆市防指要求各地山洪灾害预警系统及时警示，并组织救援力量，全力解救被洪水围困的村民，最大程度保障了人民群众生命财产安全。相关部门强化应急值守，进一步加大重点防洪区域、水库、水电站、防洪隐患点和山洪易发区域的安全巡查力度，及时排除隐患。

　　与此同时，重庆市委办公厅、市政府办公厅决定即日起在该市范围内开展防汛、防地灾工作督查，由有关市级部门“一把手”负责人亲自带队，组成六个督导组，对该市防洪和地灾风险点进行再督查。

　　目前，受灾区县相关负责人正深入灾区一线核实灾情，全力以赴抢险救灾。
