5月9日消息，近期北京市文化执法总队接到关于通州区涉嫌印刷淫秽出版物《金瓶梅》的举报后，执法人员联合通州区公安分局对违法地址进行突查，确认周某某个人设立无证照许可印刷，现场查获《吴晓玲藏乾隆抄本金瓶梅》120册。

现场还包括正在进行装订的无封面出版物800册和印刷散页1000册，另查获厂区库房存放的《皋鹤堂批评第一奇书金瓶梅》40册、《刘心武评点全本金瓶梅词语》690册和无封面出版物360册，执法人员依法对上述涉嫌非法出版物予以扣押。
经北京市文化执法总队查证，该厂负责人周某某于2016年3月1日至2016年4月7日期间，未经批准，擅自设立出版物的印刷单位，装订了《吴晓玲藏乾隆抄本金瓶梅》等出版物，违法经营额3840元，无违法所得。
北京市文化执法总队依据《出版管理条例》第六十一条的规定，对该周某某作出：1、没收铁丝钉书机1台；2、没收印刷品3010册（含无封面出版物、散页）；3、罚款人民币10000元的行政处罚。
