5月8日消息，今天上午中国企业家俱乐部在北京召开媒体座谈会，接替柳传志成为该俱乐部新一任主席的马云发表了演讲。马云表示，中国企业家群体要担当起中国经济和世界经济的发展，赢得全球的尊重，必须要处理好四个关系——跟钱的关系，跟政府的关系，跟全球的关系，以及跟过去和未来的关系。
在谈到企业家跟钱的关系时，马云称，企业家的决策会影响成千上万家庭，所以企业家在做重大决定的时候，真正的庙堂之策一定是跟钱没有关系，跟道德、价值观、社会责任担当有关系。企业家要看清楚钱的本质、钱是资源，它是完善社会，让社会稳定的资源。
在处理企业家与政府之间的关系时，不行贿、不欠薪、不逃税、不侵权。对于中国企业家与世界的关系，中国作为第二大经济体，我们必须要参与全球，创造当地的价值，创造当地的税收，因为只有这样，中国企业才能受人尊重，中国才能受人尊重。
而关于如何处理好过去和未来的关系。马云表示，没有过去的积累，没有改革开放三十多年中国经济的积累，就不可能有今天。所以对昨天我们永远是要有感恩之心。企业家群体要有信念，每一个真正的领导者必须有坚强的信念，我们对昨天是充满着感恩，对未来充满着敬畏，今天充满着珍惜。

谢谢柳总（柳传志）和马蔚华行长刚才的发言。确实我自己想了很久，柳总跟我谈让我接任中国企业家俱乐部主席，我前几天开玩笑，有点像“禅让制”一样。之前中国经济发展特别好，现在大家说经济有问题了，这个位置交给我，能不能接好这个班？因为前几年所有企业家俱乐部的理事特别努力，也特别团结，走十年容易，让我干这个，我因为时间的问题、能力问题，包括我自己的讲话，绝对没有像马行长这样的水平，老柳的感觉。
我以前是当老师的，我说了好多遍，我当老师时候不太看得起商人，有人说商人基本上无商不奸，买来卖去倒卖一下而已，也没什么。但是自己干了这么多年做企业、做商业以后，我深深为这个阶层、这个群体感到骄傲。当一个商人的群体，其实很不容易，在中国做企业，有成就感，有很大的责任感，但这个阶层不太被人认同，确实是挺辛苦的。这个群体需要被人认识，这个群体需要发挥价值，这个群体需要进步。所以我觉得中国商人群体、中国企业家群体的成长和进步，伴随着整个中国社会进步，是一个巨大的责任和担当。
我觉得十年以前一起跟大家参与了这个俱乐部的发起。发起的目的，是希望企业家这个群体能够跟社会更好的沟通和交流，创造价值的同时也被社会认可。
我也希望以后有孩子们在写将来长大的理想，在当科学家、当市长、当艺术家以外，也能说以后长大想当个商人。我觉得这个国家不是商人多了，这个国家真正的好商人不多。中国企业不是多了，中国企业真的也不多，尽管我们有近千万的浙商，但是成规模、成体系，有自己组建的、有自己价值体系的群体确实不够多。
所以柳总跟我谈了以后，我思想斗争很多，因为我很少做兼任，少数的兼任也都跟公益有关。刚才说“一亩三分地”，我的一亩三分地不太好搞，所以压力很大，时间也不够。但是后来觉得这也是一种公益，只是有一个机会给大家服务，所以后来就答应了。
对中国企业家的群体，未来我们俱乐部主要有几个方面：第一是跟钱的关系，我们要理清楚。其实我们这个群体，已经是刚才马行长讲，我们有数万亿的影响力，我自己感觉在公司，我几乎做过所有的重大决定，跟钱都没有关系。
《孙子兵法》有句话，兵者，国之大器，不可不察，任何一次错误的战争，都会导致尸横遍野；今天可以说，商者，国之大器，不可不察，任何一次金融危机，任何一次经济的变革，都会影响成千上万的家庭，所以我觉得企业家在做重大决定的时候，真正的庙堂之策一定是跟钱没有关系，跟道德、价值观、社会责任担当有关系。今天中国企业家俱乐部几万亿，也许未来会更大，这拨人群必须有担当责任，这拨人群必须讨论的是钱以外的事情，如何在整个经济社会发展过程中发挥积极的作用，势必我们自己需要进步，我们自己学习，我们需要自己提升自己。所以我觉得钱重要，钱到一定的时候已经成了社会资源，是社会委托我们这帮人把社会搞的更好。想想刚开始创业的时候，我们这些人都是为了活下来，都为了生活，都是能够过得好一点，但是到今天为止，我们跨过了这一个阶段的时候，要看清楚钱的本质、钱是资源，它是完善社会，让社会稳定的资源。
中国社会确实需要三样东西。第一，商业社会解决的是结果导向，商业一定要结果。第二，商业社会解决的效率导向，这个东西人家干的东西10块钱，我3块钱、5块钱把它干出来。第三是公平导向，商业是一定没办法强迫你干什么事，强迫你必须跟我做生意，没法做，大家强调公平，这是我们中国社会需要，结果导向、效率导向和公平导向，所以我们这拨志同道合的人今天坐在一起，我们希望创造价值，让社会认识价值，不断提升自己。
第二个是我们企业家与政府的关系需要讲清楚，习主席讲的“清、亲”的关系，我们自己讲了四个不，不行贿、不欠薪、不逃税、不侵权。跟政商关系也一样，我觉得我们今天共同促进了整个社会的进步，不管大家承不承认，在当今社会，企业家、商人是在经济发展过程中的最重要的，所以我认为企业家就是经济社会发展中的科学家。因为经济社会发展过程中是需要有一批人对经济的把握、导向。
第三个，中国企业家要处理好跟世界的关系。全球化绝不意味着国外开几个工厂，外面有点工厂不等于你全球化，全球化不等于英文好。中国企业家群体总体来讲英文都不咋的，但是我们都在不断地探索、不断地努力。我这么觉得，中国企业家要走向全球化，不是远征全球，而是融入全球，参与全球。如何参与全球化的发展，融入当地，为当地在海外创造价值，在当地成为真正能够受人尊重的企业。中国作为第二大经济体，我们必须要参与全球，创造当地的价值，创造当地的税收，因为只有这样，中国企业才能受人尊重，中国才能受人尊重。
以前我们出去的时候，考虑到税收的问题，考虑到这些问题出去，考虑到市场问题。其实光中国市场也足够大，但是中国企业家今天和未来跟世界的交流过程中，我觉得要担当起这个国家的文化、价值体系。所以中国企业家俱乐部还会一如既往地参与世界经济的发展，因为不管我们愿不愿意，也许二十年，也许三十年，中国会成为世界第一大经济体，作为第一大经济体里面的第一个最大的经济群体，企业家群体，我们要问的问题是如何要担当世界经济的发展。十年过去以后，中国企业家俱乐部也要去思考一些问题，如何能够在这里发挥作用，赢得尊重，不仅在国内赢得尊重，在世界上赢得尊重。
第四是中国企业家处理好过去跟未来的关系，没有过去的积累，没有改革开放三十多年中国经济的积累，就不可能有今天。所以对昨天我们永远是要有感恩之心。企业家群体要有信念，每一个真正的领导者必须有坚强的信念，我们对昨天是充满着感恩，对未来充满着敬畏，今天充满着珍惜。所以我自己觉得经济不组织管多好多坏，经济也从来没好过，都是靠大家努力起来的。经济从来也没坏过，只是你怎么判断问题。经济好的时候有烂企业，经济不好的时候有好企业。其实在哪个组织都一样，在座所有的媒体，杂志社、报社也经历过，人家看你当总编辑特别爽，感觉好像没事情，其实你自己知道有多不爽。我们做企业的，你看着风光，但我们有的时候一晚上只睡两三个小时，每一天跑一个国家，跑一个城市。所以对昨天的感恩，没有大家多年的支持，没有十年，中国企业家俱乐部不会走向今天。很多人说实体经济碰上互联网麻烦了，其实我们也很麻烦，我们也没碰到过很多新情况，也不知道未来怎么走，也不知道未来互联网技术会发展到什么地步，所以大家都有一个学习成长的过程。
总而言之一句话，俱乐部对昨天中国取得的成绩表示感恩，对未来中国的发展、世界的发展，我们是充满敬畏，但是对今天我们还是要很珍惜的。还有一个，我们不是为了发什么声音、或者表达什么样的力量聚在一起的，我们聚在一起，是希望为自己成长创造价值，我们希望对社会进步创造价值，所以是由内而外，我们希望给社会带来一些价值，对今天、明天、未来的孩子树一个榜样。对中国社会来讲，各国最大的问题都已经是经济问题，而经济问题的第一担当者，第一个责任人是企业家群体，所以我们必须要有这个担当，必须要学习。这是我想我在未来几年当俱乐部主席时要想做的方向。
我跟各位企业家都说清楚了，我的干法跟别人不一样，请大家也容忍，要有自己的特色和风格。这个俱乐部不是办十年，可能是办一百年、三百年，他需要对这个群体提升和发展，应该有不同的风格。
