近日，江苏大学学生工作处正式公布了对4463名贫困生话费调查的大数据，大数据包含了去年学生10月-11月的手机话费金额。统计显示：手机月消费在100元以下的学生为4110人，占92.09%；在100-150元消费区间的人数为289人，占6.48%；超过150元消费的人数为64人，占1.43%，极个别贫困生月消费额甚至超过300元。
从2013年开始，江苏大学就尝试每年以手机消费调查的方式对在库贫困生进行资格确认，不过考虑到毕业生找工作的特殊情况，这项调查的对象主要是在校非毕业大学生。
据悉，经过这种方式对贫困生进行资格再认定后，平均消费100-150元的同学，学校建议采取降级（贫困等级）处理；对月平均消费超过150元的同学，则建议取消贫困生资格。三年来，共有190名学生降低贫困生等级，48人取消贫困生资格。
