近日，由北京大学糖尿病中心、《中国糖尿病杂志》社联合主办的第十二届“2016北大糖尿病论坛”在京召开。相比往届，本届会议的亮点之一在于更看重互联网技术对糖尿病防控、管理的应用。腾讯副总裁丁珂出席会议并做演讲，与在场的专家、学者分享了腾讯腾爱医疗在以糖尿病为代表的慢病管理方面的经验，引发了与会者的关注。

互联网+受会议重视，腾讯首秀慢病管理经验
据悉，针对糖尿病患者数量急剧增多的现状，本届会议以“糖尿病防控技术”为主题，特设了19个主会场，20个分会场，邀请了国际、国内超过94名在糖尿病防控领域卓有成效的专家、学者带来了39场学术报告，以国际最前沿的技术来推动中国糖尿病防控的发展。在会上，“互联网+医疗”的糖尿病防控成为热议话题之一，来自中国人民解放军总医院、北京大学人民医院、北京中医药大学等医疗机构的专家、学者均对互联网技术、移动医疗等提出了不同的见解，为糖尿病管理带来了新思路。
首次在北大糖尿病论坛发表演讲的丁珂表示，在中国，以糖尿病为代表的慢病管理面临的主要挑战在于缺乏专业治疗和管控手段、缺少真实有效的数据，以及顺畅的医患沟通渠道。以糖尿病为例，中国患者的血糖达标率为30%，欧美国家则达到了53%；中国血糖仪的普及率不足20%，与欧美国家95%的血糖仪普及率相去甚远。同时，中国糖尿病患者的血糖控制达标率不足45%，血糖、血压、血脂三项指标同时达标比例不足7%，为糖尿病并发症的产生带来了严重的隐患。
因此，构建一套高度信息化、人性化的慢病管理系统成为了医疗界的迫切需求，而腾爱医疗的“互联网+慢病管理”模式正是解决上述问题的一次有效尝试。
软硬结合，打造慢病管理生态闭环
据丁珂介绍，腾讯腾爱医疗的“互联网+慢病管理”模式，主要依托腾讯的大数据优势，将从患者端、医生端、医疗服务等方面进行软件与硬件相结合的多点布局，贯彻腾讯“连接一切”的理念，打造一个慢病管理的闭环生态。这个生态将会共享各类医疗信息与数据。

具体而言，患者端主要是为患者配备腾爱糖大夫智能血糖仪，满足患者院外检测的需求，并将检测数据实时反馈到数据中心；医生端则为医生提供包括Web、移动APP、微信通知等工具的腾爱医生客户端，方便医生为患者建立健康档案、实现高效沟通、个性化诊疗等。
据悉，腾爱医疗的“互联网+慢病管理”模式在初期试点实践过程中已取得阶段性成果。在干预下，样本人群季度坚持血糖测量人的比例提升了15%，月人均测量次数提升了9.7次，用户高血糖发生率和低血糖发生率皆持续降低。
据丁珂介绍，目前腾爱医疗“软硬结合”的医疗平台布局已具雏形，未来将持续优化与完善慢病管理模式，为医疗产业提供互联网化的后端服务，发力打造中国医疗产业与互联网的连接器，为以糖尿病为代表的慢病管理提供更多的帮助。
