近日，网上出现一则贴文称，一位乘客乘飞机从北京到温州，因为自己坐的是经济舱，但由于帮同事拿行李坐了头等舱的摆渡车，需要额外收费，结果，300米左右的距离收费398元。为此，他觉得不合理。
5月9日，《每日经济新闻》记者联系到该网贴发布者所在企业相关负责人确认，上述消息属实，为他同事的真实经历，时间发生在5月4日。该消息扩散后，温州机场方面给他们打了四五个电话进行解释。前述事项，记者亦从温州机场获得证实。
乘客：有种被宰的感觉
据记者了解，前述事项要从互联网一则贴文说起。这名当事人跟公司领导从北京出差回来，落地温州机场，领导坐的是头等舱，他坐的是经济舱，下飞机后，因领导行李较多，他就一起拿行李坐了头等舱的摆渡车。但因当事人是经济舱，若坐头等舱的摆渡车需要额外收费。当时，他也没感到不合理。

5月9日，《每日经济新闻》记者辗转联系到上述当事人所在公司相关负责人。该负责人称，上述情况属实，经历者是他同事。对于上述事项，温州机场相关负责人打了四五个电话过来作了解释，并说有收费依据，但迟迟不提供给他们。
“我们不是要对方退回398元，而是市面上不断出现天价虾、天价鱼等乱收费现象，希望通过此事，能够引起温州机场方面的重视，并进行整改与规范管理。”上述负责人如是表达。
机场：旅客同意，收费合理
上述企业相关负责人向记者提供的《浙江省增值税普通发票》显示，其编号为NO22045941，开票日期为5月4日，收费名称为“服务费”，算上服务费（375.47元）+税额（22.53元），一共398元，销售方为温州空港尊易商务有限公司。

“目前来看收费不存在不合理的情况，从营业至今，费用都是公开、延续的，且每一位进出旅客都是公平对待的，也不会因为行程长短变更费用。”该负责人称，该项服务由机场直营并非外包给第三方。
盈科律师事务所合伙人、律师洪兴贤认为，不管是头等舱还是经济舱，这种情况要看两个条件：其一，双方达成一致，是否为乘客的真实意思；其二，该项收费行为是否经过物价部门的核准，物价部门对收费有一个标准，这两个条件缺一不可。
收费公司年净利超千万
记者获悉，温州机场原名为温州龙湾国际机场，2013年3月获得国家民航局同意更名。2015年，该机场旅客吞吐量预计达740万人次，货邮吞吐量约7.2万吨，航班起降约6.2万架次，较2010年分别增长了38.9%、44%和24.2%，年均分别增长7.78%、8.8%和4.84%。
不过，温州机场债务负担并不“轻松”。据温州2015年度第二期短期融资券募集说明书披露，2012年末至2014年末以及2015年6月末，其负债总额合计分别为10.35亿元、16.33亿元、21.32亿元以及23.56亿元，负债总额不断增加。2015年11月27日，温州机场发行了2亿元366天期的2015年度第二期短期融资券，用于置换银行贷款及补充营运资金。
