记者通过ICP查询发现，这20多个网站没有一个是由武警二院官方申请的。其中，武警二院肛肠中心的域名为“www.wjgck.com”，百度搜到的链接显示：“北京最好的肛肠医院，北京市武警二院肛肠科。”但点击这个链接或是其百度快照，内容均已无法显示。
根据域名的备案信息，记者查到“www.wjgck.com”的注册人名字为“Cai qimin”（音蔡启民），注册人组织为“盛康”，注册人地址为“上海徐家汇路550号11层”，电话号码为“+86 2161701278”。
对照这个地址和电话号码，新京报记者查出“上海盛康文化传媒有限公司”、“盛康医院投资管理有限公司”、“盛康国际控股集团”等公司，均为莆田籍人士控制。
记者同时发现，一家名为“医博肛肠医院”的注册电话，与“www.wjgck.com”域名的注册人电话相同，其在全国共有18家连锁医院。
“医博肛肠连锁医院”的大股东正是“盛康国际控股集团股份有限公司”。这家公司董事长蔡兵洪，是“莆田系”众多新大佬中曝光度较高的一位，除去他自己控制数十家医院外，还和莆田系大佬翁国亮等人牵头，在2013年成立了“中国医疗健康产业发展策略联盟”。
5月6日，盛康公司陈姓管理人员称，盛康公司在北京没有任何业务，与武警二院也没有任何合作关系。
而新京报在西安医博肛肠医院的介绍中发现，武警二院肛肠科医生李金学，照片与名字与盛康旗下西安医博肛肠医院的主治医生李金学完全相同。
新京报记者致电西安医博肛肠医院，求证李金学是否也在武警二院接诊？该院表示，李金学最近在外地学习，会在多个地方坐诊。而在西安医博肛肠医院，近期他的号排不上。
泌尿科诊疗中心：莆田系苏国照
据知情人透露，在号称拥有“基因工程靶向细胞疗法”的武警二院泌尿科，诊疗专家朱登吉是从长沙五洲泌尿专科医院调过来的。而据媒体报道，长沙五洲泌尿专科医院曾是莆田系大佬苏国照的产业。
记者在网上查询朱登吉，显示大量他在长沙五洲泌尿专科医院坐诊的信息。新京报致电该院，多位工作人员表示，朱登吉几年前已离开。
在网上查询“武警二院性病、湿疣、疱疹”诊疗中心的科室电话，发现这个电话与“北京益民堂秦皇岛网络中心”在网上留下的电话一致。
记者调查发现，显示为“北京益民堂”的公司只有“北京益民堂中医药研究院”，这家公司同样也属于莆田大佬苏国照投资的公司。
同时，“北京益民堂中医药研究院”还曾在2012年，登记申请“基因工程靶向细胞疗法”的商标，显示的状态为“无效”。
“基因工程靶向细胞疗法”，是武警二院泌尿科的主打宣传。在多个网站的新闻页面上显示，武警二院泌尿科专家郑超强做报告时称，这个疗法是被WHO（世界卫生组织）权威认证的湿疣疱疹治疗技术，“性病治疗史上，一次里程碑式突破。”
牛皮癣诊疗中心：莆田系陈国森
据新京报记者调查，位于南京的“江苏大博润投资有限公司”（下称大博润），同时拥有标注为“武警北京二院牛皮癣诊疗中心”（www.kkkk7777.com）与长春华山皮肤病医院的网站。
武警二院牛皮癣诊疗中心医生刘凤莲，也与“长春华山皮肤病医院”的医生刘凤莲在名字和照片上完全一致。
大博润的董事长为陈国森，也是第一届莆田（中国）健康产业总会副理事长，南京市福建商会和莆田商会的常务副会长。
通过百度搜索，能搜到大量武警二院牛皮癣中心的广告和软文，上面标注的电话和武警二院皮肤科电话一致。
5月6日，一位熟悉武警二院皮肤科的爆料人透露，武警二院皮肤科部分科室被莆田人承包，他们在南京也开了一家癫痫医院。
除此之外，在武警二院皮肤科，还开设有“白癜风治疗中心”，这个中心的网站为“www.bdf008.com”，其注册人与牛皮癣诊疗中心网站一样，注册地址为“江苏省南京市中山北路虹桥中心”，这也与陈国森在南京的公司地址相同。
在大博润的微信公众号上，董事长陈国森的身影经常出现。新京报从其公众号中了解到，截至2015年12月31日，其投资经营管理医院共有31家。
在其微信公众号的图片展示中，长春华山皮肤病医院也归其所有。
5月6日，新京报记者曾多次联系大博润公司，但该公司工作人员表示，负责人并不在。记者留下相关问题后，截至发稿，未收到回复。
一医生接诊患者一个月，患者花费269万
5月7日，一位要求匿名的爆料人向新京报记者展示了武警北京二院皮肤科疑被承包的证据，据其表述，该证据为财务流水记录。
在其展示的证据中，有一份银行账号列表。账号包括工商银行、建设银行等：“这些卡号是给医生打工资，打回扣的”。
爆料人介绍，武警二院皮肤科被承包后，由两名经理管理，一名经理负责营销，一名经理负责行政，其中一名经理的工资卡上显示“一年提成2011400元。”
爆料人还向新京报记者展示了被标注为“BJWJ-BDF-H”的医生某月接诊详单。据其解释，BJWJ-BDF-H是北京武警二院白癜风诊疗中心H姓医生的缩写。
接诊详单记载了医生的接诊量和收费情况，在该月的第一天，该医生出诊6人，就诊6人，6名患者花费总金额23158元，人均处方3859元。当日该医生复诊5人，复诊总金额25000元左右。当月，该医生名下患者总花费269万。
爆料人告诉新京报记者，医生的收入主要由保底工资和患者花费提成构成，每位医生均不相同，也互不告知。其出示的一份某医生的收入单据显示：该医生某月“保底工资15万，实领23万”。
据其介绍，莆田系的医生，有名的专家月收入不下15万元。
针对爆料人的说法，新京报记者向武警二院皮肤科求证，电话一直无人接听。记者向武警二院医务处负责人求证，被告知正在开会，不接受采访。记者就上述内容给该负责人发信息求证，截至发稿，仍无回音。
