到贵阳市呼叫中心和服务外包产业示范基地工作之前，陈桦压根没想过，从小生活在农村的自己，有一天会用这样的方式“聆听世界”，为遍布全国各个城市的客户提供服务。
近两年，贵阳凭借得天独厚的资源优势、丰富的能源储备、快速便捷的综合交通系统、适合产业发展的政策优势以及人力资源优势和前所未有的平台优势，大力发展呼叫中心产业，成为不少呼叫服务公司眼中的“宝地”。

贵阳呼叫中心产业的蓬勃发展，吸引了一众国内外大企业。HPE是第一个在贵阳成立呼叫中心的国际知名公司，其承建的贵阳3200席呼叫中心示范基地已于去年6月30日全面上线运行。HPE中国区董事长毛渝南认为，“呼叫”不只是劳动力产业，以前的呼叫中心全靠人工提问获取信息，而现在，二次呼入能够靠技术调取所有信息，前端已经实现自动化、个性化。
这样的智慧型呼叫中心产业，正是贵阳需要的。随着大数据、云计算、人工智能等技术的不断进步，呼叫中心的效率和智慧程度越来越高，呼叫中心的运营，会聚集大量数据，如果能找到不同呼叫中心之间的关联关系，把相类似的呼叫中心进行资源共享，就可以在实现数据共享、数据中心企业和企业之间的数据关联基础上，形成共赢的商业模式，进而形成一个聚集式的大数据产业发展格局。
截至去年底，贵阳市呼叫中心和服务外包产业示范基地已有10家服务外包及呼叫中心企业入驻，业务范围包括金融、电商、保险、交通、旅游等，并承接了支付宝等一批知名企业的外包业务。
除了打造示范基地，贵阳还主动出击招商。今年，贵阳市服务外包办将带队前往北上广等地开展系列精准招商活动，对贵阳市服务外包及呼叫中心产业进行招商推介。仅3月底在广州举办的今年首场招商推介活动，预计就能引进呼叫中心坐席2000至3000席。通过系列招商，贵阳今年预计将签约呼叫中心坐席2万至3万席，确保今年呼叫中心产业发展规模达到15万席。（来源：贵阳网—贵阳日报）
