  中青在线徐州5月10日电(中国青年报-中青在线记者李超)徐州市近期公布的“徐州市大型地质灾害隐患点信息”显示,当地有两所小学建在“采空地面塌陷区”。


  这两所学校分别是铜山区柳新镇魏庄小学和铜山区柳新镇实验小学。


  中国青年报记者实地了解到,目前魏庄小学有学生406人,实验小学有学生近2000人。魏庄小学校内还有一座危楼,但已无学生在内上课。


  据介绍,徐州市地质灾害主要集中在采煤塌陷地、山体滑坡和采石宕口等方面。近年来,当地大力推进采煤塌陷地综合整治、采石宕口修复治理等生态国土建设,但由于地质灾害点多面广,目前全市尚有近27.5万亩采煤塌陷地、939个采石宕口亟待治理。


  徐州市相关部门介绍,今年,徐州将重点推进采煤塌陷地综合整治、宕口修复治理,构建生产空间集约高效、生活空间宜居适度、生态空间山清水秀的环境体系。


  徐州当地媒体报道称,今年1月15日开始,徐州市国土资源局、徐州市地质灾害应急地质环境保护技术中心、江苏省地矿局地质五大队相关技术人员组成三个地质灾害隐患点排查组,对全市地质灾害进行再排查,查清地质灾害现状,分析其稳定性、危险性和危害性,预测发展变化趋势,提出防治工作目标。


  该报道称,相关部门在对2015年度158个地质灾害隐患点进行核查的同时,还对主城区内人员密集区域和交通干道沿线可能遭受地质灾害威胁进行排查。


  从全市地质灾害隐患点排查的结果看,沛县、铜山区、贾汪区、泉山区、丰县采空地面塌陷点较多,多为煤矿开采造成。


  值得关注的是,这两所小学所在的位置就在铜山区。


  徐州市地质灾害应急地质环境保护技术中心主任王善丰曾对媒体表示,地质灾害对人类造成的伤害是不可估量的。现阶段,广大群众对地质灾害的防范意识不强,应对能力不足,仍存在“只重救灾、不重防灾”的现象;有的地质灾害区域内存在违章建筑多,一旦发生灾害将造成巨大影响。


  资料显示,徐州市采空塌陷地面积超过160平方公里,占徐州城市规划区面积的5%,已发展成为全国典型。江苏省国土厅提供的资料显示,徐州的城市地质可能诱发地质灾害的因素最多、最突出,是江苏省内地质条件最为复杂的城市。
