宜宾市翠屏区西郊街道骑龙社区齐家社社长李世洪，1993年曾因为盗窃罪被判处有期徒刑8年，于2000年刑满释放，2013年选为齐家社社长。这名有犯罪前科的社干部，本应行使好政策宣传和群众工作职责，却劣行不改，通过请吃请喝、送红包等手段，拉拢腐蚀征地中心征地拆迁股副股长修同明、工作员陈瑞林，三人内外勾结通过虚列补偿项目的手段，套取国家征地补偿款90万余元予以私分。

目前，上述四人均被移送司法机关依法处理。
