他进一步解释，一些病人寄希望于细胞免疫治疗，如果调查组定性这个治疗是无效的，那么病人就明确不用继续下去。此外，由于没有定性，病人索赔也没有依据。
调查组要求武警二院停止使用未经批准的临床医疗技术。对此，王月丹表示目前未经批准却被应用于临床治疗的技术还包括干细胞治疗、未经批准的射频治疗，甚至包括一些美容整形的项目等。
他认为，这次调查将会对其他医院有警示作用，卫计委也将根据这个机会来规范临床医疗技术，没有批准的肯定要清理出去。但会不会在地方落实，就要看卫计委的决心和地方的执行力度。此外，由于中小医院存在生存压力，取消这些项目后，如何让中小医院盈利也是要考虑的问题。

郎克宇表示，广告主体发布也应有资质，并包含两个层次。此案中，既要看武警二院的资质，也要看具体科室和医生的资质。百度此前声明武警二院有资质，但负责该疗法的是医院承包出去的科室，因此还要考量科室和李志亮本人的资质，首先看李是不是医生，其次是他在生物医疗方面的专家资质和临床经验。其次，更重要的是，发布的内容不得虚假。
中国政法大学民商法学院副院长费安玲也称，武警二院的对外诊疗服务不是自己提供，而是承包出去，但对患者使用的仍是医院的信息，这种情况对患者来说就是虚假信息。因此，此案中，患者的利益遭到损害，医院和民营机构都有欺骗行为，是有连带责任的，违反了《广告法》和《侵权责任法》中的相关规定。
对此案中涉及的部队医疗机构监管问题，费安玲表示，任何一个服务提供者宣传自己的信息都是正常的，但不能有虚假行为。但部队医疗机构承载了独特的主体身份，涉及军队的形象问题，数十年来，公众对军队有着油然而生的信任感，这种事件的发生，会损害公众对军队医疗机构的信任感，因此需要加强监管。

此外，微博头像也从个人穿白大褂照片，变成一只叮当猫的图片。但昨日，记者在微博搜索“肿瘤医生李志亮”，则显示“用户不存在”。
相关医疗专家表示，根据《中华人民共和国执业医师法》，医务人员需有正规资质。针对此次调查组的处理意见，该专家认为，这对其他医院是一个信号，需要更加严格进行医师审核，否则会受到处罚，此举能够规范医师执业。
