新京报快讯(记者刘洋)著名“房姐”龚爱爱又陷官司。新京报记者5月10日上午从朝阳法院获悉，龚爱爱位于朝阳区三里屯的两处房产自2015年4月起未偿还银行贷款，华夏银行股份有限公司北京奥运村支行(简称华夏银行奥运村支行)要求龚爱爱清偿贷款本息、罚息、欠息复利等合计796.6万余元，并要求就房屋拍卖款优先受偿。据悉，这两起案件将于5月17日开庭审理。
据了解，这两处房产分别由原告银行向龚爱爱提供贷款624万元和642万元，房产位于朝阳区三里屯SOHO，贷款期限自2010年5月6日起为10年，贷款利率为年利率6.534%，以等额本息还款法还本付息。
朝阳法院受理案件后，在传唤龚爱爱的过程中始终未能直接与其取得联系。多方联系无果后以特快专递方式向其邮寄诉讼材料，均因查无此人被退回。后依法公告送达，同时为穷尽送达方式，保障龚爱爱合法权利，朝阳法院委托其户籍所在地陕西省神木县法院代为送达。
据悉，法院公告已于3月2日见报，依据公告，起诉状副本、开庭传票、证据材料至5月1日已视为送达，5月16日龚爱爱依法享有的答辩期将届满，依据法院公告，两起案件将于答辩期满后的第一个工作日即5月17日开庭审理。
