昨天，大兴警方召开新闻发布会通报，已于4月28日将这个抢劫、敲诈黑车司机的犯罪团伙成功抓获，刑拘6人，初步调查显示，他们作案50余起，涉案金额20余万元。
案情 乘客借口下车随后称被压
今年3月以来，在大兴区旧宫、瀛海、青云店、亦庄等地区，连续发生多起抢劫、敲诈勒索司机的案件。被抢的司机是易到用车的合约司机，嫌疑人利用易到用车深夜约车，待行至一半，碰瓷者会以下去买水、买烟或到站为由下车。
当车辆再次启动准备出发时，碰瓷者会在外大叫，做出痛苦不堪的表情，并迅速拉开副驾驶的车门，告知司机自己被压到了，以此为由，让司机连夜带其去医院。在去医院的路上，碰瓷者会向司机索要医药费私了，同伙会在一旁帮腔。
当遇上比较轴的司机，硬要送其就医时，碰瓷者和他的同伙们会立即转换作案方式，改为抢劫，遭遇过抢劫或敲诈勒索的司机少则损失几百元，多则损失数千元，其中敲诈最多的一笔高达8900元。
民警介绍，该团伙成员一般出行或是一男一女，或是两男一女，利用易到用车软件约车。刚开始，他们会以碰瓷的手段去敲诈这些司机，因为有些事主是黑车司机，便自认倒霉，不敢报警，但往往在作案时，事态的发展并非他们所能控制的，所以后来会直接演变成抢劫。
昨天，一名受害的司机小刘（化名）来到了大兴公安分局。他告诉记者，3月的一天晚上，有人用易到用车叫车软件约了他，是从垡头开到天通苑的，当时上车的是两名男子和一名女子。
路上，其中一名男子说他到了，要中途下车，于是小刘就将车慢慢停下，再次启动车子准备离开时，中途下车的那名男子却回来了，一下坐在了副驾驶的位置，并脱下他的鞋袜露出一只脚给司机看。
小刘说，“当时他的脚上有个‘血泡’，然后说是我刚才发动车子时不小心压伤的，要我送他去医院。我当时想也没想就开车带他去了医院，路上受伤的这名男子一直给我指道，我也没有怀疑，可是车开了半个多小时都没找到医院。”
无奈下，小刘用手机给他转账了1000块钱。直到民警找到他，小刘才意识到原来那天自己被“碰瓷”了。

打掉碰瓷团伙
涉案金额20余万元
接到报案后，大兴警方会同市局相关单位联合组成专案组，开展案件侦破工作，一边调取案发现场的视频，一边回访事主。经过调查民警发现，此类案件并非仅仅在大兴发生，朝阳、通州、丰台、昌平等本市多个区都发生过，在进行了大量的走访摸排侦查工作后，专案组最终锁定嫌疑人为一个东北籍犯罪团伙。
在掌握了大量证据之后，4月28日，专案组兵分五路同时出击，对居住在朝阳、西城、通州、大兴等地区的9名嫌疑人实施抓捕，一举打掉了这一抢劫、敲诈勒索黑车司机的犯罪团伙。经初步审查，该团伙交代在全市作案50余起，涉案金额高达20余万元。
目前，王某、鞠某、张某等6名嫌疑人因涉嫌抢劫罪被大兴警方刑事拘留，此案正在进一步工作中。
