常州外国语学校数百学生异常患病事件后，常州的毒土处理问题引发人们关注。距离常州外国语学校10公里外的新北区春江镇李家村，曾在2015年1月份被填埋大量毒土。
今年4月27日，搜狐《新闻当事人》栏目报道李家村的毒土问题，引发关注。近日，当地村民向搜狐新闻反映，近期，有施工队来到毒土填埋区，进行挖土运输作业。
李家村村民徐小根告诉搜狐新闻，5月5日中午，有挖土车突然出现在村口，开始挖土运输。有工作人员手持仪器，指挥工人进行挖土施工。
在拨打12369环保热线后，两辆环境监察车来到现场。徐小根告诉搜狐新闻，车来了后，没有工作人员下车，一直坐在车内。“当时询问车内工作人员，对方说不了解具体是什么情况，领导不在，自己是‘干活的’”
徐小根告诉记者，当时现场布置了40多个白色塑料大桶。起初，工人把挖开的黑色土壤倒入大桶内，用平板车运走。到后期，直接把土倒入渣土车。
“现场一共七八辆渣土车，来回不停的运土，施工一直持续到7日白天才停工。”徐小根说。
有工人告诉村民，施工只是把表面50公分的土层挖走，然后再覆盖新土。而旁边已经栽树绿化的土壤，并没有进行处理。
据了解，挖出的土被运往距离村子15公里左右的滨江化学工业园内的埃菲天鸿（常州）化学有限公司。此前，运来的土被露天放置厂内，但现在已经移至库房内。
由于无人出面回应，村民也无从了解该施工队和当年运“毒土”来村的施工队之间的关系。14个月前，不明身份的施工队和七八辆渣土车，把“毒土”运来，而今天，又是不明身份的施工队和七八辆渣土车，将“毒土”运走。
徐小根告诉搜狐新闻，“毒土”运走是好事，但是至今也没有官方出面说明该土壤到底存在什么问题？是否已经有污染？
“这样不加说明的进行施工，不正是从反面说明了土有问题吗？”徐小根说。
