　　西藏自治区应急办发来的最新消息，2016年5月11日09时15分，西藏昌都市丁青县嘎塔乡（北纬31.99度、东经94.94度）发生5.5级地震，震源深度7千米。丁青县嘎塔、甘岩、尺犊、巴达等乡镇震感强烈，边坝、类乌齐等县均有震感。经初步查明，有部分房屋倒塌，部分桥梁、道路损毁，嘎塔乡60多人受伤、其中6人伤势较重，伤员已送往昌都市人民医院救治。

　　地震发生后，自治区党委、政府高度重视，自治区党委书记陈全国、自治区主席洛桑江村第一时间作出部署，要求立即行动、全力组织抗震救灾工作；要把救人放在首位，不惜代价救治伤员；立即组织危险地区群众转移避险，加强余震监测预报，坚决防止余震和次生灾害造成人员及财产损失；妥善安置受灾群众；加紧抢修受损基础设施；确保灾区社会大局和谐稳定。昌都市迅速启动Ⅳ级应急预案，有关领导带领地震、民政、卫生、交通、通讯等相关部门赶赴震区一线，查看灾情、组织抗震救灾。丁青县立即组织力量投入抗震救灾工作。

　　根据自治区党委、政府的安排部署，目前，昌都市成立了由市委、市政府主要负责同志任指挥长的地震抗震救灾指挥部；已组织动员丁青县嘎塔乡等重点地震区域人员从居住的房屋中撤离出来，转移到安全地带；受伤人员已全部安全转送到昌都市人民医院接受救治；对已发现受损的部分地段道路、桥梁、水渠等基础设施，正组织相关力量抓紧抢修，确保安全畅通；有关部门已备足帐篷、衣物、食饮品、药品等相关物资，视灾情需要，尽快调运到灾区一线。（央视新闻 记者 陈琴 编辑 寇琳阳）
