　　每日甘肃网5月11日讯 （科技鑫报记者金振华 ） 为了广泛发动人民群众参与禁毒人民战争，鼓励人民群众举报毒品违法犯罪活动，大力奖励举报毒品违法犯罪有功人员，近日，甘肃省禁毒委印发《甘肃省毒品违 法犯罪举报奖励办法》。其中规定，根据群众举报，公安机关查获制造加工毒品工厂或窝点缴获毒品的，每案奖励举报人人民币1万元至20万元；案件影响特别重大的，奖励人民币20万元。

　　为了确保《甘肃省毒品违法犯罪举报奖励办法》的顺利实施，甘肃省禁毒委同时印发了《甘肃省毒品违法犯罪举报奖励办法实施细则》，要求各级禁毒委 员会办公室和公安机关必须在20个工作日内完成举报奖励的审批和通知工作。各级禁毒委员会办公室和公安机关应指定专人负责举报奖励工作，不得以任何方式将 举报人姓名、身份、居住地及举报情况公开或泄露，确保举报人的人身财产安全。该办法共15条24款，对举报奖励的情形、奖励数额等均作了具体规定。
