湖北粮食局原副巡视员陈唐林涉受贿罪等被提起公诉
中新网5月11日电 据最高人民检察院网站消息，日前，湖北省武汉市人民检察院决定，依法对湖北省粮食局原副巡视员陈唐林(副厅级)以涉嫌受贿罪、贪污罪向湖北省武汉市中级人民法院提起公诉。

　　检察机关在审查起诉阶段，依法告知了被告人陈唐林享有的诉讼权利，并依法讯问了被告人陈唐林，听取了其辩护人的意见。湖北省武汉市人民检察院起诉书指控：被告人陈唐林利用其担任湖北省粮油储备有限责任公司董事长、经理，湖北国储米业有限公司董事长等职务便利，非法收受他人财物，数额巨大，为他人谋取利益，侵占国有资产，数额较大，依法应当以受贿罪、贪污罪追究其刑事责任。
