中国人民大学环境学院2009级硕士毕业生雷洋，刚刚做了父亲，却在5月7日晚上出门后，一夜之间离奇死亡，在被警方带走的路上停止了呼吸。这让包括雷洋家 属在内的所有人百思不得其解。雷洋“涉嫖死”背后到底发生了什么？昨日，成都商报记者赶赴北京市昌平区霍营街道，试图还原雷洋意外死亡发生前的种种。
涉事足疗店已锁门
距雷洋家仅800米
雷洋的家位于昌平区霍营街道回龙观东大街的一普通居民小区。成都商报记者了解到，雷洋被带走的那家足疗店，位于他家附近的龙锦三街上的龙锦苑东五区临街铺面。
那家足疗店并无标牌，一把黑色的大锁锁住大门，已经停业。隔壁一家房产中介的职员称，5月8日他们早上8点30分上班时，就已经发现这家足疗店突然聚集了很多警察。而这两天，这条原本偏僻冷清的街道也一直有警察出现。他们才知道7日足疗店出了事。
从雷洋居住的小区，到龙锦三街龙锦苑东五区，如果走大路，步行大概需要八分钟的时间，直线距离只有800米左右。而如果直接穿过雷洋居住小区对面的龙锦苑东四区，则只需要2分钟到3分钟就可以到了。雷洋附近的霍营地铁站并不在附近，而大概2公里到3公里左右的距离。
在龙锦三街，足疗保健店每隔10多米就有一家，有些足疗店门口的标牌还写着“专业修脚”、“正规”的字样。昨日下午记者探访时，不少仍在开业状态的足疗店的店主显得非常谨慎，甚至有足疗店从屋内用锁反锁住大门。
“曾跑进小区喊救命”
小区居民一度围住便衣并报警
雷洋被警方带走的足疗店就位于龙锦苑东五区小区旁。5月7日当晚，有超过20位小区居民目睹了雷洋挣扎反抗的过程。
一位目击者告诉成都商报记者，当晚大约九点二十分左右，看到一位身高1米7左右的年轻男子突然从小区门口一辆车上跑下来了。当时那辆车并没有发动。他跑进小区后大呼好几次“救命”，声音充满了惊恐。这突如其来的声响，惊动了小区很多人。
这位目击者还告诉成都商报记者，他看到这个突然跑进小区的年轻人，身后有3个人在追他。追进小区后，没追几米就把他控制在地上了。之后又赶来三个人。雷洋倒在地上的位置就在小区一块收费停车场蓝色牌子下。这位目击者注意到，雷洋额头上有肿块，胳膊上有血。
另一位目击者则告诉成都商报记者，她看到雷洋头朝上仰躺在地上，有人踩着他的脚在给他拍照。
“不 要让他们把我带上车。”一位目击者说，听到雷洋跑进小区里喊了这句话。他当时还喊“这些人不是警察”。也因为如此，围过来的小区居民一度以为并没有穿制服 的警察是什么坏人，即使他们出示了证件也不信，把他们围住不让离开。后来小区有居民打了110，附近派出所又来了两位警察，确认了追雷洋的人的确是警察， 居民才散开。而这个说法也被另一位目击者证实。
雷洋第二次被警察带走的时间大约在晚上十点左右了，目击者透露，他应该总共在该小区躺了半个小时左右。
最后，有三名警察把雷洋连拖带拽地再次拖上面包车离开。而在居民报警后，两名派出所的警察赶来确认便衣警察们的身份后，雷洋没有再吭声，也不说话了。直到他再次被架上车，也没再喊什么。
目击者表示，雷洋被带走时虽然身上有伤，但并不严重，按理说是没有什么太大危险的。
5月7日，发生在这个普通小区的这场风波，小区居民一开始并没有太当回事。直到雷洋意外死亡的事件被曝出后，看到新闻的小区居民才恍然，原来那个人大硕士毕业的年轻人，就是那天晚上冲进小区喊救命的那个人。

雷洋送到医院时有无伤情？
人民日报评论文章指出，围绕此事，在家属的说法与警方的声明之间，存在一定程度出入，还有一些问题需要进一步厘清。
据央视报道，医院急诊科张主任说，对雷洋气管插管时，发现口腔里有少量血性分泌物，同时在其右额部有局部皮肤挫伤，医院无法判断伤情是如何造成。雷洋尸体已不在医院，死亡原因只能通过法医尸检来确定。至于有无其他伤情等细节，院方没有透露。
雷洋的同学称事后曾去小区找监控录像，但是——

雷洋的妻子吴女士是他的高中同学，吴女士在电话中告诉成都商报记者，他们也还在进一步了解事情的过程中。但雷洋的一位同学却告诉成都商报记者，5月7日当晚8点半左右，雷洋还在用微信和大家沟通，当时应该是还没有出门的。
此前，北京市公安局昌平分局的官方通报，5月7日20时许，昌平警方接到举报，昌平区霍营街道某小区的一家足疗店存在卖淫嫖娼问题，警方开展查处，当晚在这家足疗店查获了涉嫌卖淫嫖娼人员6名，其中有雷洋。
雷洋的同学在网上发出了《关于人民大学雷洋同学意外身亡的情况说明》，而雷洋出门的时间，也成为目前公众质疑的一个关键因素。
雷洋一位同学告诉成都商报记者，他们之所以判断雷洋是当晚9点出门的，是因为雷洋当晚8点半时还在用微信和大家沟通，当时还没有出门。
为了了解雷洋出门的具体时间，他们在事后也专门去小区找监控录像。但小区物业人员说摄像头坏了，没有拿到相关的监控录像资料。因此，现在没有直接的证据来证明雷洋离开小区的具体时间。
雷洋的同学还说，由于包括雷洋的手机以及其他遗物都在警方手里，目前并没有归还给家属，因此家属手上没有任何证据。

代理律师称，雷洋是否涉嫌嫖娼并非目前关注焦点

“警方公布雷洋因身体不适死亡，这是我们最大的疑惑。”彭律师表示，就雷洋的身体来说，他经常踢足球，身体很 好，29岁的年龄，之前体检没有出现异常，也没有心脏病史。警方称他身体不适，那么为什么不适，这是一个很重要的疑点。据家属看到雷洋遗体的情况反馈，雷 洋的口角有流血，额头上有淤青。
