　　习近平指出，摩洛哥是最早同新中国建交的非洲和阿拉伯国家之一。建交58年来，在双方共同努力下，中摩关系持续发展。中摩建立战略伙伴关系是双边关系发展中的一个里程碑，两国各领域合作将迎来新机遇。

　　习近平强调，中国一贯重视发展同摩洛哥的关系，坚定支持摩方维护国家稳定、实现经济社会发展的努力，感谢摩方坚持一个中国政策，在涉及中国核心利益的重大问题上坚定支持中国。中摩经济互补性强、合作潜力大。中方愿意积极参与摩方工业振兴计划，鼓励有实力的中国企业参与摩洛哥大型基础设施项目建设，深化双方在磷酸盐、渔业、医疗卫生、信息通信等传统领域以及电子、装备制造、航空航天、清洁能源利用等新兴领域务实合作，继续加强金融和投资领域合作。中方愿意同摩方加强两军交往，扩大旅游和教育合作，希望中国文化中心早日在摩洛哥落地。中方愿意同摩方在气候变化等国际事务中加强协调和配合，维护两国和发展中国家共同利益。
