　　很长的问题，我试着回答。

　　第一个问题，2009年以来，世卫组织根据一个中国原则，对台湾参会作出了特殊安排。今年世卫组织将邀请函发给现任台卫生部门负责人，符合以往的做法。

　　5月6日，世卫组织总干事陈冯富珍女士致函台湾方面卫生主管部门负责人，邀请台湾方面以中华台北名义、观察员身份参加今年世界卫生大会。据了解，台湾方面已经复函。相信世界卫生组织会按照联大2758号决议与世卫大会有关决议精神作出处理。

　　第二个问题，跟大家首先重温一下今年3月5日习近平总书记在全国人大、政协两会上的一段重要讲话。习近平强调，我们对台大政方针是明确的、一贯的，不会因台湾政局变化而改变。我们将坚持“九二共识”的政治基础，继续推进两岸关系和平发展。他还特别强调，我们将持续推进两岸各领域交流合作，深化两岸经济社会融合发展，增进同胞亲情和福祉，拉近同胞心灵距离，增强对命运共同体的认知。我想，大陆方针政策中寄希望于台湾人民的政策内涵是显而易见，也是不需要置疑的。

　　一段时间以来，我们对维护两岸关系共同政治基础一再进行呼吁，正是为了回应两岸同胞对推进两岸关系和平发展的殷切期待。我们认为，两岸关系和平发展依然是两岸民众的主流民意。所以，我们是真心诚意地希望两岸关系继续在“九二共识”的基础上向前发展，使得两岸同胞的福祉不断增加，感情不断密切，来实现互利双赢。

　　但是大家也知道，两岸关系之所以能取得今天一系列成果，是跟“九二共识”分不开的。所以，要维持现状，首先要维护这个共同的政治基础，不能只摘果子，不拜树头。我想，对此绝大多数台湾同胞应该能够理解。
