5月8日，《中国经营报》记者独家获悉，多个消息源显示，5月7日，青岛市政协副主席李学海被纪委人员从会议现场带走，李一度态度强硬，反应激烈。关于其被带走原因，有消息称，青岛市一与李学海关系密切的地产开发商被调查，随之引发李学海事发。4月2日，本报题为《“囚徒”检察官内情》中，李学海因官商利益输送等被实名举报。而在此前，李学海亦曾多次被当地人公开举报。
5月10日，山东省纪委通报称，青岛市政协党组成员、副主席李学海涉嫌严重违纪，目前正接受组织调查。本班记者曾就李学海被查一事致电青岛政协，但未获回应。
参会政协副主席名字“缺席”报道内容
公开资料显示，1956年8月，李学海出生于山东省莱西市，现任青岛市政协副主席，并兼职青岛大学、青岛农业大学教授、硕士生导师等。截止5月9日上午，青岛政协官方网站上，“政协领导“一栏中，李学海的名字仍在列。《中国经营报》记者梳理获悉，李学海曾在青岛市城阳区担任党、政主要负责人达10年时间，2002年担任崂山区委书记，2008年任市南区区委书记，直至2011年11月。当地人士介绍，市南区是青岛市的核心城区，2008年奥运会、残奥会帆船比赛举办地均在此。2012年3月，任青岛市政协副主席至今，在8位政协副主席中名列第五位。青岛市作为一座副省级城市，意味着李学海已在4年前步入正厅级官员之列。
青岛市熟知政界的人士介绍，5月7日，李学海在青岛市政协一会议上被纪委人员带走。该人士回忆称，李学海当时态度强硬，反应激烈，被强制带走。接近青岛市政府的人士描述，此前中纪委人员已进驻青岛，青岛市一与李学海关系密切的地产开发商被调查，随之引发李学海事发。
李学海最后出现在当地官方媒体报道中是在5月4日。当天，青岛市政协机关召开“两学一做”学习教育工作座谈会，传达习近平总书记重要讲话及全市“两学一做”学习教育工作座谈会精神。5月5日，《青岛日报》公开报道介绍，青岛市政协主席张少军在此次座谈会上讲专题党课等，副主席邵峰晶、李学海等参加座谈会。而在青岛市政协官方网站对上述座谈会议的报道中，李学海的名字却没有出现。参会政协副主席名字，这一并不显然的“缺席”引发政界关注。记者了解到，当地多名自媒体人士将李“缺席”的消息公布，却很快被要求删除。
或迎青岛官场震动
多份公开资料介绍，李学海在担任城阳区委书记期间被人屡屡举报，涉及土地拆迁、官商关系等，但并没有阻止其职位升迁。
一要求匿名的人士介绍，李学海在城阳区任职时间最长，也最有政绩，如建设了城阳世纪公园等标志性景观，引进了青岛新天地、万科“魅力之城”等。有媒体报道称，李学海主政城阳区期间，大胆探索，超前思考、勇于开拓，使城阳区财税收入在10年时间内增长20余倍。该人士回忆称，他喜好宣传政绩，但他在当地百姓中的口碑并不好。李学海以亲戚、朋友的名义，多次插手城阳区各村镇的土地倒卖工作，收获颇丰。4月2日，本报题为《“囚徒”检察官内情》中，李学海因官商利益输送等被青岛市原检察官高祀君实名举报。高在举报信中称，2003年左右，国家鼓励推动进行企业改制，在城阳区的该项工作由时任主要负责人的李学海负责。期间，城阳区各村镇的集体企业，大都以极低的价格落到了个人手里。该举报信列举称，如青岛广源发集团有限公司、青岛喜盈门集团有限公司、青岛青变集团有限公司、青岛正进集团有限公司等。
在李学海的简历中，他兼职青岛大学、青岛农业大学教授、硕士生导师等。记者梳理了解到，他近年来先后出版了《求索笔记》、《加快农村全面小康建设：城阳经验及启示》、《求索实践感言》、《古诗词百首赏析》等。期间，他还创作了歌曲《美丽青岛》。
李学海在主政市南区期间，让其仕途折戟的是青岛“八大湖”拆迁。当地居民向《中国经营报》记者回忆称，政府强拆行为遭到当地居民强烈反对，双方长期对峙。该事件被媒体曝光后，李被离职。
上述匿名人士分析称，李学海事发应该主要来自城阳任职期间。来自城阳区多名基层官员印证，李与城阳当地多家企业负责人私人关系密切，如青岛广源发集团有限公司、青岛鑫江集团有限公司等。同时，城阳区部分乡镇及村一级的主要官员均有往来。李学海也因此在民间拥有“10亿身价”的传闻。
此前，青岛“聂磊案”及其随后青岛公、检、法“塌方式”腐败案发，包括时间更早些的青岛原市委书记杜世成落马等，青岛官场很快便风平浪静。青岛上述熟知政界的人士认为，李学海事发意味着纪委方面在青岛已有所动作，但能否如各界关注的“引发当地官场地震”，目前还不能轻易下结论。但在他看来，该事件引发当地官场震动，则是必然。
