暴雨致福建30.53万人受灾 直接经济损失17.86亿
中新网福州5月11日电 (闫旭)福建省民政厅11日通报称，5月6日以来，福建南平和三明两市出现暴雨及强对流天气，部分县(市)受灾严重。截至11日10时统计，此轮洪涝风雹灾害已致南平、三明、福州、宁德4个设区市19个县(市、区)30.53万人受灾，死亡41人，失踪2人，直接经济损失17.86亿元(人民币，下同)。

　　据通报，此轮洪涝风雹灾害致三明泰宁死亡35人、建宁1人、南平建阳4人、松溪1人，三明泰宁失踪1人、松溪失踪1人，紧急转移安置4.03万人，1292人需紧急生活救助，倒塌房屋347间，严重损房212间，一般损房1.21万间，农作物受灾面积24.4千公顷，绝收面积2.33千公顷，直接经济损失17.86亿元。

　　灾害发生后，福建省民政厅启动省级自然灾害应急救助Ⅲ级响应。福建省民政厅厅长赖军、巡视员罗万荷带领工作组于5月8日到达泰宁，会同当地开展救援保障、家属安抚和殡仪准备等工作。

　　福建省灾情亦受到国家民政部重视，启动国家自然灾害应急救助Ⅲ级响应。民政部救灾工作组于5月8日22时抵达泰宁，指导开展救灾、遇难人员家属抚慰和相关善后工作。

　　南平市、县两级民政部门紧急调拨1500多床棉被、300床草席、50顶帐篷、100箱矿泉水、100箱面包等救灾应急物资，保障受灾群众的基本生活。

　　福建省民政厅就做好福建防汛救灾工作要求各级民政部门要始终保持高度警惕，按职责分工加强自然灾害救助准备工作，确保防汛防灾责任落实到位。
