昨日早间开始，深圳出现持续性强雷雨和暴雨天气，深圳市气象台于6时15分在宝安区将暴雨黄色预警升级为暴雨橙色预警，深圳机场也于早间6时启动了三防蓝色预警。
由于10日强雷暴天气正值机场早间出港航班高峰时段，深圳机场出港航班放行自早间6时开始即受到持续影响，其中早间6—7时因机场区域完全被强雷雨覆盖，多个航班无法起降，机场早间多个出港航班出现不同程度延误和取消，另有数个进港航班备降桂林、南宁等地。由于雷雨天气持续不见好转，机场出港航班放行速率持续缓慢，航班延误进一步加剧，深圳机场于上午9时启动了航班大面积延误黄色预警。
为缓解旅客焦躁情绪，机场利用航站楼电子显示屏实时向楼内旅客发布航延信息及气象云图，并不断通过微博、广播等多种方式向公众发布天气和机场最新运行动态，引导旅客合理出行。记者了解到，昨日航延预警生效期间，各航空公司及机场各保障部门也按照航延预案要求，积极做好现场旅客服务和安置工作。据初步统计，截至10日17时，各航空公司及机场地服共为旅客发放餐食饮料1万余份，安排住宿旅客超2000人次，航延期间机场运行基本平稳。
随着雷雨天气趋于减弱，市气象台于10日中午12时取消暴雨橙色预警，并于13时解除了雷电预警。天气好转后，机场航班放行逐渐恢复，机场也积极协调空管对之前延误时间较久的航班加快放行。自午后开始，之前延误积压的航班陆续执行，机场运行逐渐恢复，航班大面积延误预警有望于当日晚间正式解除。
目前深圳已进入“龙舟水”多发阶段，雷暴等强对流天气多发，机场方面也提醒广大旅客出行前及时留意天气信息，合理安排出行计划。乘机前要与所乘航空公司确认航班信息后再前往机场，避免盲目出行。同时，机场公安针对近期恶劣天气频发的情况，也提醒广大旅客一旦遭遇航班延误或取消等情况，要理性维权，切不可过度维权甚至扰乱公共秩序。机场公安也将在航延期间加强现场巡查，对于旅客各类不冷静行为将加大惩罚，并对各类违法行为依法从严处理，确保恶劣天气时机场航站楼等公共场所秩序平稳。
