　　有记者问：《人民日报》日前发表评论员文章《不承认“九二共识”就是破坏两岸关系共同政治基础》，这是否代表大陆官方的立场？如果台湾新当选领导人在“5·20”就职演说中不承认“九二共识”，会对两岸关系带来哪些影响？

　　马晓光在答问时作上述表示。他说，一段时间以来，我们已多次就两岸关系重大问题表明了立场和态度。特别是就维护两岸关系和平发展政治基础的极端重要性，以及两种道路选择可能带来的两种前景，作了系统的说明和论述。这体现了我们在“九二共识”基础上继续推进两岸关系和平发展的真诚愿望。

　　大陆对台方针不会因台湾政局变化而改变

　　有记者问：如果台湾新当选领导人在就职演说中不提“九二共识”，只承认“九二会谈”，请问发言人对此有何看法？马晓光回答说，“九二共识”是2008年以来两岸关系和平发展的基础，也构成两岸关系和平发展现状的重要组成部分。要维持现状，当然应该接受这个基础。只要承认“九二共识”的历史事实，认同其核心意涵，两岸就可以交往，就可以良性互动，两岸关系就能持续地向前发展。

　　“我们的要求是合理的，因为我们没有对台湾新当选领导人提出超出2008年以来的新要求。”马晓光表示，我们多次重申对台大政方针不会因台湾政局的变化而改变。我们是真心实意地希望两岸关系能够沿着“九二共识”作基础铺就的光明大道持续发展，这也是两岸民众的期待。

　　要维持现状，首先要维护共同政治基础

　　有记者问：大陆以前总是说寄希望于台湾人民，但近来两岸关系发生的连串事件，在台湾方面引起波澜。台湾民意对大陆来讲是否已不重要？未来大陆在处理两岸关系时，是否会把台湾民众跟民进党当局分开看待，采取不同的应对策略？

　　马晓光表示，两岸关系之所以能取得今天一系列成果，是跟“九二共识”分不开的。要维持现状，首先要维护这一共同政治基础，不能只摘果子，不拜树头。绝大多数台湾同胞对此应该能够理解。 他说，今年3月5日，习近平总书记在参加十二届全国人大四次会议上海代表团审议时就两岸关系发表重要讲话。习近平强调，我们对台大政方针是明确的、一贯的，不会因台湾政局变化而改变。我们将坚持“九二共识”政治基础，继续推进两岸关系和平发展。我们将持续推进两岸各领域交流合作，深化两岸经济社会融合发展，增进同胞亲情和福祉，拉近同胞心灵距离，增强对命运共同体的认知。

　　“大陆方针政策中寄希望于台湾人民的政策内涵是显而易见的，也是不需要置疑的。”马晓光说。

　　马晓光表示，一段时间以来，我们对维护两岸关系共同政治基础一再进行呼吁，正是为了回应两岸同胞对推进两岸关系和平发展的殷切期待。我们认为，两岸关系和平发展依然是两岸民众的主流民意。所以，我们是真心诚意地希望两岸关系继续在“九二共识”的基础上向前发展，使得两岸同胞的福祉不断增加，感情不断密切，实现互利双赢。

　　在回答如何评价马英九当局8年来推进两岸交流等问题时，马晓光表示，这8年来，在坚持“九二共识”、反对“台独”的共同政治基础之上，两岸关系开创了和平发展的新局面。两岸建立了政治互信，开展了良性互动，签署了23项协议，推进了两岸经济合作以及一系列交流，而且减少了双方在对外事务上的摩擦和内耗。这8年的两岸关系得到了两岸同胞的广泛支持，也得到了国际社会的普遍肯定，这是有目共睹的，也是不容否认的，将写入史册。
