　　同样从2007年就搬进龙锦苑小区居住的林女士便说，警方一直都在开展打击工作，隔三差五就能看到警车停在龙锦三街，也能听到有嫖客被抓的消息，但令她疑惑的是，为何嫖客被抓被罚款，足疗按摩店却依旧开门营业？

　　这几家足疗店的大门上着锁，人坐在门内。紧邻龙锦街38号附18号的这家按摩店内有3人，两男一女，年龄均在40岁上下。

　　封面新闻记者上前透过门缝询问是否营业，一位穿着黑色衣服的女子回答“今天不营业”。 而与她的店相隔30米左右的另一家按摩店则开着门，穿红色衣服的女子向记者介绍“只有普通按摩，没有大保健”。
