各位网友大家好，欢迎来到光明网学习时刻，我是北京友友天宇系统技术有限公司首席执行官姚宏宇。习近平总书记4月19号召开了网络安全和信息化工作座谈会。作为一位长期专注于核心技术研发的科研人员，我有幸参会并发言，心情非常激动，也感到很自豪。
Q：为啥要建立自主核心技术体系？
A：未来5至10年是中国建立自主核心技术体系的最好时机。当前，全球信息技术领域正处于新旧体系交替的关键时期，原有的系统构建模式和市场壁垒正在被打破，为我国实现“弯道超车”提供了难得的机会窗口。同时，中国拥有巨大的应用市场和全球最多的互联网用户，这就为核心技术体系的发展、生根、成熟提供了广阔的空间。自党的十八大以来，党中央非常重视自主核心技术的发展，给予了国内技术企业广阔的发展空间。可以说，虽然我们在建立自主核心技术体系方面还面临着很多的挑战，但网信事业的重要发展机遇无疑已经到来。挑战可以克服，机会不容错过。
Q：建立核心技术体系什么最重要？
A：核心技术体系的建立离不开优秀的人才。如果能在核心技术研发过程中，建设一支有战斗力的技术人才队伍，不仅能够完全掌握新的技术体系为我所用，更重要的是，能够在原有的技术体系上具备持续自主创新和发展的能力。总书记对人才问题非常关注。在我发言结束后，总书记关切地问了我一个问题：“你有很多同学还在国外，他们有多少人回来了？”当时我很遗憾地告诉总书记，回来的人不多，因为大家都有各方面的考虑，希望国家能够有更好的政策吸引更多的人回来。总书记回答说：“理解，理解。”这让我心里感觉特别温暖。
Q：你想对那些技术牛人说点啥？
A：当前，放眼世界，整个技术市场的重心在往中国走，整个技术研发的重心也在往中国走。国家为网信事业的发展提供了前所未有的支持和机遇，并下了很大的决心来解决我国信息产业发展的高端人才短板难题。在这样的时代大背景下，是保持安逸的人生，还是选择开辟的人生？是做嘲讽者，还是建设者？是做一个精致的利己主义者，还是投身于国家建设，做有益于社会的人？我相信这次网络安全和信息化工作座谈会，会给予国内外许许多多高精尖人才极大的鼓励，做出正确的选择。
Q：你们的目标是什么？
A：作为一个致力于核心技术研发的初创民营企业，我们友友系统心里一直存有成为产业巨人、服务于整个社会的梦想。因为我们坚信自己的选择，坚信把个人的选择与时代的潮流和国家的命运结合在一起，做有益于国家、有益于社会的事情，最终自己也会成为受益的人。
