用户可在“支付宝-我的-我的保险”中找到手机碎屏险，投保后如果出现手机碎屏情况，用户可以通过支付宝里的保单页，找到并拨打中国人寿的理赔电话申请理赔，中国人寿的签约手机维修点会为用户更换原厂品质的手机屏。

值得一提的是，支付宝的这款碎屏险不需要进行线下验机，但手机碎屏后再投保是违反保护协议的，用户需要提前投保，30天等候期结束后才能享受理赔服务。

据蚂蚁金服介绍，仅2016年在支付宝平台上线的便民类保险就已经超过40款。
