在北京工作的刘先生曾经接到过此类敲诈勒索的电话，电话中一名自称“东北四小龙”之一的“龙哥”，操着一口东北口音详细地说出了刘先生的姓名和家庭住址，并告知刘先生，他得罪了人，有人出钱要报复他。“电话里的‘龙哥’自称能量很大，能把这个事儿摆平，但是要一万块钱的辛苦费。我第一反应是真有点信了，后来怎么想怎么不对，就把电话挂了。”

银行卡也多来自黑市之中，花数百元买一张。“一般是有人专门倒卖这样的卡，都是给学生一些钱，让他们开卡，然后再由二道贩子收购再倒卖。”

被骗人的个人信息从何而来？知情人告诉记者，个人信息同样是通过网络进行买卖，在一些“一手信息”、“洗料”的QQ群中，流通着不同渠道获得的个人信息。每条信息的价格从几分钱至几元钱不等，比如在北京二环内的居住信息，在网络中的标价在每条五六元钱。
