去哪儿网称消费者“作弊”
昨日二审开庭时，去哪儿网表示，发现价格标错后，网站就将相关产品下架了。对部分已经购买的消费者，会让他们继续入住。“但我们查询上诉人的信息时，发现他们有作弊的嫌疑，就将团购券冻结并退款。”
去哪儿网代理人称，之所以推测有作弊嫌疑，是因为“他们均是购买当天新注册的用户，购买团购券的时间段也是相同的，而且他们上网的IP地址都是酒店的IP地址。”
蒋某等人对此说法表示否认，“当时觉得便宜就买了，没考虑那么多。”此外，对于去哪儿网单方冻结团购券的行为，蒋某等人称，“如果对方认为该合同可撤销，应按照法律规定来处理，不能单方把团购券擅自冻结并退款，我们认为该行为违反了合同法的相关规定，是违约行为。”
