一经济犯罪嫌犯潜逃南美七年 被广东警方缉捕遣返
中新网广州5月12日电 (索有为 黄宇军)广东省公安厅12日披露，在公安部、广东省公安厅的统一指挥和协调下，江门市公安机关日前成功从委内瑞拉将潜逃7年的经济犯罪嫌疑人陈某雄(男，46岁，江门开平人)押解回国。据悉，这是中国警方首次在拉美地区成功缉捕遣返外逃经济犯罪嫌疑人。

　　陈某雄涉嫌合同诈骗一案2009年11月由江门恩平市公安局立案。经查，2007年1月至2009年9月期间犯罪嫌疑人陈某雄以办理赴荷兰、哥斯达黎加、加拿大、美国等国家的《劳工移民签证服务委托书》为名，先后与陈某某、黎某某等13人签订相关合同并收取保证金20多万元人民币，之后陈某雄没有为上述人员办理境外劳工签证，并于2009年10月经广州白云机场离境潜逃至委内瑞拉。

　　2010年5月，恩平市公安局对犯罪嫌疑人陈某雄采取刑事拘留强制措施并办理网上追逃。公安部先后于2014年12月、2015年11月对犯罪嫌疑人陈某雄发布了国际刑警蓝色通报、红色通报，通过国际警务合作机制协调委方协助开展境外抓捕。

　　2016年1月20日，委内瑞拉执法部门调查人员成功将犯罪嫌疑人陈某雄抓获。2016年4月20日，在中国外交部门和驻委大使馆的大力支持下，江门市公安局缉捕小组与公安部、广东省公安厅追逃组组成专案工作组，远赴委内瑞拉，经与当地移民总局、国际刑警合作局等部门协调，办理遣返交接手续，成功将犯罪嫌疑人押解回国。
