中煤集团去年亏损39.8亿元 2年减员5.5%

　　新京报快讯(记者赵毅波)中煤集团5月12日披露2015年企业社会责任报告称，去年亏损39.8亿元，同比赢转亏。

　　在中国煤炭工业协会5月12日主办的煤炭行业企业社会责任报告发布会上，中煤集团发布数据称，去年营收和利润分别为820.4亿元和-39.8亿元。此前在2014年，这两项指标分别为950.2亿元和5.1亿元。

　　值得注意的是，在业绩下滑背景下，中煤集团展开人力资源改革。2013年，集团在岗员工96572人，2014年下降到了94369人，去年下降到了91223人，两年间减员5.5%。

　　中煤集团在2015年的社会责任报告中表示，实施整体降薪方案，管理人员薪酬下调，一线员工少降或不降工资，各企业全年人工成本下降5%-20%。

　　中煤集团表示，在煤炭行业亏损面超九成，一些煤炭企业工资缓发、欠发的情况下，我们加强资金统筹，建立工资拖欠报表制度，全年未发生拖欠工资现象。
