南都讯 5月10日晚上，一张“7亿元”支票图在朋友圈被热转，收款人是佛山市禅城区张槎街道大富股份合作经济联合社，用途则是“土地转让地价款”。佛山继乐从腾冲村、大墩村后，又将多一个“土豪村”。
支票中所提及的地块，为佛山禅城区2016年的首拍地块，位于张槎街道大富村西南面。该地块在2016年2月24日于禅城区公共资源交易中心挂牌转让，3月25日以总价23亿多元成交，用地面积达170650 。17平方米，近256亩。
“这只是第一期的收款，还有尾款未收到”，昨日下午，禅城大富村委会相关负责人表示，以上地块的出让酝酿已久，只是5月10日下午刚收到第一期的卖地款，不知是谁把支票发到网上了。
大富村是否会成为下一个“土豪村”，20多亿元的卖地款将如何分配，该负责人并未回应，只是表示该地块刚刚清拆完毕，相信不会对村民生活带来太大影响。
有村民表示，根据过往大富村的分红来看，最低的村民小组每股分红一年大约两三千元，最高的则有八九千元，对于20多亿元的卖地款，村民自然期待，但如何分配处理，村民表示村中仍未有明确消息。
