法制晚报讯（记者温如军）今日上午，发改委公布了对“湖南潭耒高速天价救援费”的调查结果，20公里本应收12740，却要价38000。
法晚（微信公号ID：fzwb_52165216）记者了解到， 4月2日，一货车在京港澳高速潭耒段发生交通事故，从事发地到新塘车辆救援站不到20公里的距离，救援站向货车司机索要救援费38000元。
经多次交涉，货车司机最终交纳14880元救援费，与最初救援站提出的38000元金额减少了23120元。
对救援站实际收取的14880元救援费，调查组依据《国家发展改革委、交通运输部关于规范高速公路车辆救援服务收费有关问题的通知》，以及原湖南省物价局、交通运输厅关于高速公路车辆救援服务收费的有关规定，进行了检查认定，救援站实际收取的14880元救援费，比按规定应收的12740元，违规多收了2140元。
发改委表示，“湖南潭耒高速天价救援费”是一起典型的乱收费案件。
处罚
退给司机2千多 救援站负责人调离岗位
