如何降低机动车使用强度？北京今起“开门听民意”
新京报快讯(记者郭超)5月12日到5月17日，北京市将开展降低机动车使用强度立法民意调查活动，就如何进一步降低北京市机动车使用强度，听取市民意见。
据介绍，“研究制定本市降低机动车使用强度的管理办法，综合运用经济杠杆和必要的行政手段，切实降低机动车使用强度，努力缓解交通拥堵”是《2016年北京市缓解交通拥堵行动计划》确定的46项任务之一。降低机动车使用强度立法被列入市人大常委会今年的重点立法项目，市人大确立了“开门立法”的原则，由市交通委组织开展降低机动车使用强度立法民意调查活动。下一步北京市人大还将更广泛地征求社会公众意见，让广大市民依法参与管理公共事务。
市交通委相关负责人介绍说，组织本次民意调查活动是为了更好地了解社会公众日常出行结构和出行规律，同时，通过以问卷形式征集市民对缓解交通拥堵的意见建议，畅通市民为交通工作建言献策的渠道，为立法汇集民智、凝聚力量，推动社会各界在治理理念和思路上逐步取得共识。
