湖南株洲市委原常委、政法委书记谢清纯被提起公诉
新华社长沙5月12日专电（记者陈文广）记者12日从湖南省人民检察院获悉，日前，中共湖南省株洲市委原常委、政法委书记谢清纯（副厅级）涉嫌受贿罪一案，经湖南省人民检察院指定管辖，由湘潭市人民检察院依法向湘潭市中级人民法院提起公诉。

　　检察机关在审查起诉阶段依法告知了被告人谢清纯享有的诉讼权利，并讯问了被告人谢清纯，听取了其委托的辩护人的意见。

　　湘潭市人民检察院起诉书指控：被告人谢清纯身为国家工作人员，利用职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，单独或者共同非法收受他人财物，数额特别巨大，依法应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。
