Original title: Lei Yang the United States confronted by police, and what will be the result?

Recently, the attention Lei Yang death mystery continues. Changping District, Beijing police said police tried to "suspected prostitution" mine control and bring back reviews, mine-a fierce resistance, died due to poor health after rescue invalid.

In the United States, whether it's roadside checks, also is out of the police, the arrest, the police have a strict set of procedures, but clashes between civilians and the police's case is not uncommon. Outside (app ID:xjb-waishier) wonder, in accordance with United States law enforcement procedures, if Lei Yang as a "suspect" in the United States confronted by police, and what will be the result?

First of all, police interrogation, before law enforcement can identify

According to the United States Embassy in the blog, United States police the main task is the implementation of local, State or federal laws to protect people's lives and property safety, generally consist of three parts: maintaining order, law enforcement and service to the people. Among them, specific work included in enforcement: patrols in the area and handling emergency accidents, traffic violations are ticketed, maintain traffic order, investigating various crimes, arresting suspects as well as the implementation of the Court's proceedings, and so on.

The spirit book of wonderful exploration of stills.

"Stop NYPD (NYPD's initials)! "Seen a gangster type shows the book wonderful spirit of exploration, which impressed New York Police enforcement procedures. A handheld Police ID, one hand gun is often the standard of the police, when confronted with a suspect, police would first produce documents to identify themselves.

In New York, the police if you want to quarantine "suspect", is to produce clear identity, and second, if it is determined that inventory objects without any suspicion, then you want to give a card, above stated name, job number, being stopped by the police inventory of reasons, including channel for complaints against the police and how.

If so, Lei Yang might not have doubts as to the identity of the police, would not be an eyewitness said "he was crying for help, residents call these men are not the police, ' you guys quickly grabbed my feet, don't let them take my car. '"

Violent arrest, the consequences will be serious

In the United States, after the police suspects to show Police ID, followed by arrest. Police enforcement action to be taken when the level of violence is a rigorous process. You fight more intense, more violence by the police. But in any case, is to make the goal to stop the limits of resistance of violence, implementation of the directives of the police, while preventing the target gun resulting in injury or death.

Foreign matter (app ID:xjb-waishier) understanding, United States with assaulting police in their criminal codes, specialized legal provisions is to protect the police, also provides that: in police duties, any physical contact with the police is illegal, police have the right to protect its own premise, on the other side to take the necessary action.

Before the questioning statement: "you have the right to remain silent"

"You have the right to remain silent but anything you say will be in court testimony. "In Hong Kong and the United States in the gangster film, and often police uniform suspected, say people familiar to them. This is the famous Miranda warnings.

Outside (app ID:xjb-waishier) was informed that the Miranda warning from the United States of 60 young men, Miranda, police in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1963, he was kidnapped and arrested on suspicion of rape of a mentally handicapped girl 18 years old. After his interrogation at the police station for two hours, signing a confession document. But afterwards he said he was not aware of the right to silence. To this end, the Miranda ruling was declared invalid by the Supreme Court in the case, sent back for retrial.

This trial changed the United States law enforcement procedures since then, the United States prior to the interrogation of suspects by the police, must inform the suspect Miranda warnings.

According to United States law when the arrest and interrogation of suspects, and police should be delivered timely and effectively reminds and warns of the following matters: first, tell the suspect's right to remain silent and, secondly, tell them that their evidence will be used to prosecute and try them; and, third, told the suspects, on trial the right to a lawyer. These are derived from the provisions of the fifth and sixth amendments to the Constitution, came to be collectively known as the Miranda warning.

Black teen feileidi·gelei

Black youth "unnatural deaths", 6 police officers charged with murder

However, just take people away in the process, suspects still subject to police violence, serious and even cause death. Outside (app ID:xjb-waishier) notes that this thing has happened to black youth feileidi·gelei,.

On April 12, 2015, 25 year old black male youth feileidi·gelei in West Baltimore police questioning, arrested by the police in the process of trying to escape. Officers found in his possession a Switchblade, and arrested him. Police said the arrest was not the use of force, but gray was arrested soon after rushed to the hospital, died of serious spine injuries in a week later.

United States protest police violence against law enforcement.

Gray's "unnatural" death caused many Baltimore residents took to the streets in recent days to protest against acts of police brutality and racial discrimination in law enforcement. Gray's funeral, protests turned into riots in major cities across the country.

Expand, and initially caused the gray "unnatural" deaths of police received a just punishment.

On May 3, 2015, the United States Attorney in Baltimore announced that criminal charges against 6 police arrested fuleidi·gelei. She said, the Maryland medical examiner has ruled he died while in the custody of murder. 6 police respectively are second-degree murder, negligent homicide, dereliction of duty, false imprisonment and other charges. They were suspended after Gray's death and subsequently detained.

United States police law enforcement procedures are very strict, but not all systems will be complied with United States law enforcement deaths caused by police violence cases have occurred, the public authority is always worthy of attention.

  “站住,NYPD(纽约市警察局的首字母缩写)!”
