新地震区划图6月起实施 云南新建房抗震标准提高
中新社昆明5月12日电 (记者 胡远航)记者12日从云南省地震局召开的“防震减灾”新闻发布会上获悉，新修订的第五代国家标准GB18306-2015《中国地震动参数区划图》(简称“新区划图”)将于6月1日起正式实施。按设定，云南近五成地区新建房屋抗震标准提至VIII度。
云南省地震局震害防御处副处长王勇介绍称，“新区划图有两大主要变化，一是全国范围取消了不设防地区，二是在附录中将地震动参数明确到乡镇。”
具体到云南，城市抗震设防水平普遍提高，县级以上城镇提高比例达22.5%；全省基本地震动峰值加速度0.10g及以上的高烈度区域面积也明显增加。
其中，基本地震动峰值加速度0.10g及以上(即相当于地震烈度VII度及以上)的区域面积由87%上升到91.12%；0.20g(即VIII度)及以上的区域面积从36%上升至44.67%。
王勇表示，“这也就意味着按新区划图的设定，云南省新建审查的房屋建筑抗震级别进一步提高，近五成区域的新建房抗震标准提至VIII度，九成多的区域提至VII度。”
“云南是我国地震多发省区，具有频度高、震级大、分布广、灾情重的特点。广大农村民居抗震能力低下，成为区域经济社会发展的制约和隐患。”王勇指出，云南约有1500万人居住在活动断裂控制的盆地，潜在威胁巨大。提高建设工程的防震设防能力，对云南省尤为重要。
