川藏、滇藏电气化铁路6处西藏境内隧道全面开工

  中新社拉萨5月12日电 (记者 赵延)12日,记者从西藏自治区发改委铁路办公室获悉,拉林铁路全线控制工期隧道——藏嘎隧道、巴玉隧道、藏日拉隧道、江木拉隧道、岗木拉山隧道、米林隧道已经全面开工。


  拉林铁路是川藏铁路、滇藏铁路的共同路段,同时,也是青藏铁路的支线工程,全线为单线电气化一级铁路,这将是西藏境内首条电气化铁路,设计车速为160公里每小时。


  西藏自治区发改委铁路办公室建设协调处处长拉巴次仁介绍,该线路起点自拉萨站起,从拉日铁路协荣站引出,再向东新建线路途经西藏三市九县,抵达林芝市,正线全长435公里。


  拉林全线桥隧总长300.1km,占线路长度的74.6%。拉巴次仁介绍,拉林铁路16次跨越雅江,跨江铁路桥全部采用大跨度桥梁结构,山高水深,江水湍急,技术特殊,施工难度极大。同时,全线涉及47座隧道,有14座为高风险隧道,其中7座为极高风险隧道。


  拉巴次仁表示,拉林铁路地质复杂,隧道穿越地带都不同程度地存在高烈度地震和地质断裂带等不良地质,施工安全风险较大。截至目前,全线累计完成投资487500万元(人民币,下同),占设计的14.19%;今年全线投资计划共600000万元。


  拉巴次仁介绍,西藏的铁路起步晚,基础薄弱。截至“十二五”末,西藏现有铁路的营业里程不足1000公里,路网密度仅为7.58公里/万平方公里,远低于周边的西部省区。


  拉巴次仁表示,“十三五”规划中,西藏将重点开工铁路建设。为构筑通往南亚的运输通道,融入“一带一路”战略,西藏还将建设至吉隆、亚东和普兰的口岸铁路,提升西藏对内对外开放水平。
