　　张德江说，中摩两国传统友好。国王陛下此次访华，习近平主席与你共同宣布建立中摩战略伙伴关系，为下阶段两国关系发展指明了方向。双方应落实好两国元首重 要共识，充分利用中非“十大合作计划”和中阿共建“一带一路”四大行动两个合作平台，推进双边合作，造福两国人民。中国全国人大愿进一步扩大同摩洛哥参众 两院的友好交往，加强双方立法合作和治国理政经验交流，为两国政治交往、经贸合作、人文交流提供良好的法律保障。

　　穆罕默德六世表示，摩洛哥采取“向东看”战略，高度重视发展对华关系，愿同中方加强政治交往及各领域务实合作，不断巩固和发展两国战略伙伴关系。
