近日，记者的一台智能手机不小心掉在地板上，屏幕破裂，但还能正常使用，包括开关机、触摸玩游戏都不受影响。随后记者拿着这台屏幕摔裂的智能手机在广州多个维修店去咨询，得到的维修方案却大有不同。在天河的一家IT卖场，一个写着专门维修知名智能手机的店子里，一位师傅看了记者的手机之后，表示手机不仅仅是摔坏了外面的玻璃屏幕，而且连着玻璃上的电路板也坏了，要换必须一起换，价格在1500元左右，不能单独换玻璃屏幕。而在另外一家维修店，师傅则明确表示，手机只是摔坏了最外层的玻璃屏，不需要更换里面的电路板。
猫腻2：虚高报价甚至高达1000元
同样是这台玻璃屏幕摔坏的智能手机，得到的维修价格更是相差巨大。在天河的多家维修店，记者表示只维修外面的玻璃屏幕，得到的报价有的是800元，有的报价700元，有的甚至报价1000元，维修店给出的理由是，有原装屏幕与非原装屏之分，因此报价都不同。但记者最后在一个朋友的维修店里面，花费了400元换了一块市场上被称作原装货的玻璃屏，而且维修的师傅告诉记者，所谓的原装货与非原装货，目前都没有得到厂商的认证，只是维修店用来区分维修费的一个标准，但被更换的零部件本身质量并没有太大区别。
猫腻3：当场处理拿回手机避免偷换零部件
在与维修师傅的交谈中，记者了解到，目前仍有部分维修师傅故意延长用户的手机修理周期，原本能当天处理好的要留在维修店，这样做的目的，是一些维修店在帮用户维修一些简单的故障过程中，会把用户手机中的一些重要的原装零配件卸下来，装上廉价的非原装零部件，然后把这些卸下来的原装零部件再以高价卖给下一个来维修的用户。但记者在与多个师傅沟通中了解到，由于目前智能手机技术门槛逐步降低，因此零部件的成本也大幅下降，相比此前一个部件上千元的价格，现在价格大大下降，很多零部件供应商开始供货，使得消费者维修成本也降低，更换零部件的现象已经大大减少，但师傅建议，如果能当场能维修好的，最好是当场处理拿回手机。
业内：O2O维修或撬动市场潜力
面对巨大的市场，目前众多手机渠道商纷纷布局手机维修，但如何解决此前传统手机维修存在的各种猫腻现象，业内表示，线上询价、下单，线下上门维修的O2O手机维修模式或成为一个突破点。机主在维修平台根据自己的机型挑选对应的原厂配件，透明询价，觉得价格合适即刻下单，下单后，维修人员依据用户预约的时间地点准时上门，一对一当着用户的面完成维修服务。业内表示，这类O2O手机维修平台通过对维修工程师和消费者的资源进行重新组合，在一定程度上缓解了传统手机维修过程中价格不透明、偷换零部件、小病大修、流程麻烦、修理周期长等问题。
