IT资讯讯 5月12日消息，据财新网消息，光大银行资产管理部总经理张旭阳已经提交辞呈，并且将加盟百度，出任副总裁一职，负责百度金融相关业务。
选择百度艰难时期加盟百度，对张旭阳无疑是一项挑战。目前百度金融的主要业务有支付、消费金融、企业贷款、征信、理财以及银行、保险业务，但业务总体表现平平，与阿里、腾讯在金融领域的进展相比有较大差距。
近期的魏则西事件让百度处于舆论的风口浪尖，先期进驻百度的联合调查小组对百度提出了整改要求，而在医疗广告已经难以继续的情况下，百度也需要更加深刻的变革，金融便是百度重点布局领域。
公开资料显示，张旭阳在光大银行工作19年之久。2004年起负责光大银行理财产品、金融衍生品及结构性产品的开发、设计、交易与管理等；2009年8月起任零售业务部总经理，负责光大银行个人金融、财富管理、私人银行业务等；2013年5月起光大银行将财富管理中心升级为资产管理部，张旭阳任资产管理部总经理，不再兼任零售部总经理。
