原告发现，在360搜索等原告产品中使用搜狗输入法输入关键词时，搜狗输入法诱导用户点击相应候选词，使用户发生混淆，从而进入搜狗搜索结果页面。

原告认为，被告的行为造成用户对搜索服务来源的混淆，从原告处劫持了大量流量，不当争夺、减少了360搜索引擎的商业机会，构成不正当竞争，故向法院提起诉讼。
