然而经过媒体求证，上述微博内容属实，兰州交通大学确实因为学生反映考题简单下发了整改文件。

从微博贴出的照片可知，有学生致信校领导反映，“一些学生平时该玩的照玩不误，在考前几周突击基本概念，因为题目简单，通过考试毫无压力。”该学生认为这是对不努力学习行为的纵容，同时也不能反映学校的真实教学水平，所以希望能够提高试题难度。

针对该学生反映出的问题，兰州交通大学教务处下发了书面通知，要求各学院根据学生反映的问题，组织教师研讨和开展课程结课考试试题对照自查工作，并将对照自查与整改报告等以书面形式上报学校教务处。
