警方介绍，这些女子被越南当地人绑架之后先被带到云南，交给张某的上线，云南的三名男子，这三人再通过中间人张某卖给下家。一直到被解救的时候，不少越南女孩还未成年，而且大多数都已经被转卖多次。
几万块钱就能买一个越南媳妇
安徽警方在当地共抓捕了犯罪嫌疑人21人，其中包括这宗案件的主犯张某，作为中间人张某每拐卖一个人，能够牟利五千元。6年间，他共拐卖了14名越南籍女子。是什么原因让张某走上了犯罪道路？他和同伙又是如何将越南籍女子拐卖到中国？

灵璧县公安局刑侦大队大队长解安红：“亲传朋，朋传友，大家都联系张某，由他跟云南的上线进行联系，由云南再跟越南联系，物色合适的女孩。”
解安红表示，犯罪份子形成了“一条龙”的拐卖妇女链条，所谓“一条龙”就是指有买的、有卖的、有中转介绍的、有容留的，形成了一个利益链条。
据了解，在安徽警方进行抓捕的同时，云南警方也在当地抓获了3名该案的犯罪嫌疑人。
