查丽俊：“零距离”温暖艾滋病患者_新闻资讯
生命在遭遇挑战，甚或即将枯萎之时，依然可以带着笑和尊严，依然可以照射进一米阳光……这，或许最好诠释了护士行业的职责与价值。
在上海唯一收治艾滋病患者的定点医院里，上海市公共卫生临床中心艾滋病病区护士长——查丽俊，在别人避之不及的艾滋病区，用蜡烛般的无私奉献，一干就是25年。从普通护士到病区护士长，再到兼任感染大科护士长，用坚守与爱传递着慈悲与温情、践行着对生命的承诺。
是什么样的力量支撑着这份执著的坚守？查丽俊总是微笑着说出特鲁多的名言——“有时，去治愈；常常，去帮助；总是，去安慰。”
爱，并不总意味着温情脉脉，爱也意味着一份敢于承担风险的勇气。在艾滋病房里，更是如此。
查丽俊工作的病区，是一个不会对艾滋病患者说“不”的地方。25年间，病区收治的艾滋病患者数量由少到多、病情从轻到重、年龄不同、性别不同、要求不同，纷繁复杂。然而无论是HIV感染还是罹患艾滋，他们不仅身体受到病魔的肆虐，心理的痛楚更难以言喻。身心双重煎熬引起的焦虑、恐惧、无望，甚至狂躁，使他们会经常对医生护士发脾气、拒绝配合，甚至时常寻死觅活。
查丽俊凭借多年的经验、敬业的态度，练就了极为敏锐的“嗅觉”：每遇有情绪特别波动的患者入住，她总能第一时间发觉，并通过细致入微的日常护理，及时有效的措施，防止悲剧发生。
2010年11月，病区收治了一位艾滋病晚期患者。由于患者是通过血液途径感染艾滋的，所以他心中满是怨恨、心态扭曲。再加上知道了自己已病入膏肓，极度不配合治疗。他将绝望、无助甚至愤怒，一股脑儿地发泄在医护人员身上。他狠狠推倒病房里的家具，看到人就要砸，歇斯底里地叫喊着，“凭什么？！凭什么？！”
面对这种情况，查丽俊沉着冷静，冒着被患者砸伤、感染的风险，穿好防护服，疾步进入病房，用温柔却坚定的话语，劝阻、安抚患者。几天下来，狂躁的患者情绪终于稳定了。当所有人都松了一口气以为万事大吉的时候，查丽俊却不放松并给予特别关注。她叮嘱当天夜班护士，一定要加强对患者的观察护理。当晚凌晨两点，患者试图用水果刀割腕自杀时，被严密观察的护士及时制止。事后，查丽俊深入了解，当得知患者是因经济状况不佳意欲自杀时，便想方设法为他争取减免治疗费用，并带领全科室的医生护士为他捐钱捐物，并在其生日时，送上长寿面，像家人一样为他过生日……亲人般的关怀，终于让患者打消了厌世的消极念头，开始积极配合治疗。
在病区，查丽俊就是那些曾经想要轻生的、不愿面对现实的、对未来绝望的患者重燃希望的“一米阳光”。
2008年的一天，病区收治了一名仅36个月大、被父母因不堪昂贵医疗费用而遗弃的艾滋病女婴。初来乍到，女婴哭闹不止。“妈妈！妈妈！”一声声凄厉叫声，让人心如刀绞。查丽俊不忍心了，她除承担每天常规护理外，毅然承担起了母亲的职责：准时喂三餐、及时清理大小便、翻身拍背、洗漱……原本看不出模样的小女孩，在查丽俊的精心呵护下，顿时变得干净清秀起来。期间，查丽俊与护士们一次次自掏腰包，买褥疮膏、奶粉、尿布；还亲自为孩子涂擦、按摩，治疗女婴臀部的多处皮肤溃烂，并每天坚持抱着女婴讲故事……经过一个多月的精心治疗护理，女婴病情逐渐稳定。民政局工作人员来接她出院时，孩子紧紧搂住查丽俊的脖子，说什么也不愿放手。看着“妈妈”面露难色了，懂事的孩子说，“宝宝先回去，查妈妈一定要来看宝宝。”时至今日，当年那个被遗弃的孩子长大了、病情稳定了，查丽俊依旧隔段时间就去看看她，延续那段母女般的感情。
整整25年，查丽俊无怨无悔地坚守在高传染性医护岗位，奋战在传染病应急救治的最前沿，将“一米阳光”送给那些遇到磨难的生命。她，用赤诚的心、满溢的爱，践行着医务人员的职业操守和对生命的敬重。（来源：央视网）
