中国藏语系高级佛学院开展藏传佛教学衔考试

  中国藏语系高级佛学院第十二届高级学衔暨第四届中级学衔辩经考试、论文答辩及学衔授予活动于5月11日至20日在北京西黄寺中国藏语系高级佛学院举行。


  这是自2015年6月1日施行《藏传佛教学衔授予办法(试行)》(国家宗教事务局令第12号)之后,首次依照文件相关规定开展藏传佛教学衔考试和授予活动。


  在《藏传佛教学衔授予办法(试行)》文件精神指导下,高级佛学院结合工作实际,经院长办公会研究决定,成立了中国藏语系高级佛学院第十二届高级学衔评定委员会和第四届中级学衔评定委员会。委员会成员名单报中国佛教协会审定,并呈报国家宗教事务局备案。5月12日上午,高级佛学院分别召开第十二届高级学衔评定委员会第一次全体会议和第四届中级学衔评定委员会第一次全体会议,颁发委员聘书,审议评定办法和相关工作方案,拉开了本届学衔授予活动的序幕。


  本届高级学衔评定委员会主任由珠康·土登克珠活佛担任,本届中级学衔评审委员会主任由郭莽仓活佛担任,两个学衔评定委员会的委员主要由藏传佛教六大教派的活佛、经师和“拓然巴”高级学衔获得者等组成,涵盖了西藏和川、滇、甘、青四省藏区。根据《办法》规定,两个学衔评定委员会分别成立了资格审查委员会、考评委员会和论文答辩委员会,具体负责申请高级学衔或中级学衔考僧的资格审查、学衔辩经考试、论文评审和答辩等工作。


  参加第十二届高级学衔考试共14名学僧,参加第四届中级学衔考试的共22名学僧,考评委员会委员和论文答辩委员会委员将全程参与本届高级和中级学衔的辩经考试和论文答辩。

  僧人为了加强对佛经的真正理解,采用一问一答或一问几答或多问一答的方式交流所学心得和所悟佛法。


  第十二届高级学衔评定委员会第一次全体会议由珠康·土登克珠活佛主持,14位委员出席会议。会议全文学习了国家宗教事务局颁发的《藏传佛教学衔授予办法(试行)》,和依据此《办法》制订的《中国藏语系高级佛学院学衔评定委员会议事规则(试行)》。委员们表示将坚持高级学衔评定的方法流程,遵守评定工作的基本原则,认真履行好委员职责。会议号召全体委员深入学习全国宗教工作会议精神,深刻领会习近平总书记重要讲话精神,在党和政府的领导下,在藏传佛教学衔工作指导委员会的指导下,不断提高学衔评定工作质量,不断推动学衔制度建设,为学衔评定委员会工作取得新成果,为学衔制度建设取得新成绩,为藏传佛教高素质人才培养事业健康有序发展贡献智慧力量。


  本届高级学衔评定委员会副主任、高级佛学院常务副院长王长鱼向委员会介绍了高级佛学院在学衔班培养、教学和学员管理等方面的情况。会议充分肯定了高级佛学院在完善招生机制、创新教学模式、加强学员培养、提高教学质量等方面取得成绩,和在推进“三级学衔”体系建设及藏语系佛学院统编教材建设等方面所做的努力。


  会议审议通过了中国藏语系高级佛学院第十二届高级学衔评定办法和相关工作方案,听取并研究确定本届高级学衔考试及学衔授予的具体工作与安排。与会委员经过认真阅读会议文件和讨论交流,认为第十二届高级学衔评定办法和工作方案程序清楚、内容翔实、措施具体、易于操作,为第十二届高级学衔资格审查、辩经考试、论文答辩和授予学衔确立了依据。


  珠康·土登克珠活佛在会上发表讲话,他指出,本次会议内容丰富,各项议题顺利通过,既对前期工作给予认可和肯定,也为接下来开展学衔评定具体工作奠定了好的基础。五省区和各藏语系佛学院正按中央的统一部署和《藏传佛教学新授予办法(试行)》的要求,加紧建立初、中、高级相互衔接、健康有序的学经体系,这对我们培养更多爱国爱教的高素质僧才,引导藏传佛教与社会主义社会相适应具有重要意义。他提出,各位委员要认真学习领会《藏传佛教学衔授予办法(试行)》和《中国藏语系高级佛学院学衔评定委员会议事规则(试行)》文件精神,严格按照《办法》和《规则》的规定,扎实细致地搞好高级学衔审查评定工作。要认真听取广大僧众和各界人士对学衔评定工作的意见建议,多研究工作中的问题和困难,商讨解决的办法和措施,提出更多更好、具有前瞻性、可行性的意见建议,切实提高委员会工作水平和学衔评定质量。要深刻领会、认真贯彻全国宗教工作会议精神和《授予办法》文件精神,不断提高学衔评定工作质量,珍惜机遇,抓住机遇,充分发挥自身优势和作用,为巩固和完善初、中、高级相互衔接的藏传佛教新的学衔制度,为培养更多爱国爱教藏传佛教代表人士贡献自己的力量。


  高、中级学衔辩经考试和论文答辩将于5月13日至17日进行。学衔申请人经过学衔考试评审并通过学衔评定委员会无记名投票表决,经高级佛学院研究同意后,方可获得相应学衔。
