“一带一路”建设推动中阿发展战略对接、深化务实合作

中阿合作论坛是双方的战略意愿和共同选择，已经成为双赢的范本，是引领中阿双方共同增长的重要品牌。中东“凤凰锐敏”网站这样评论。连日来，卡塔尔、埃及、巴林等阿拉伯国家的主流媒体纷纷刊文，瞩目在卡塔尔举行的中阿合作论坛第七届部长级会议的务实成果。
两年前，习近平主席在北京召开的论坛第六届部长级会议上提出中阿共建“一带一路”倡议，阿拉伯国家反响热烈。今年1月，习近平主席访问阿盟总部并发表演讲，提出中阿双方要抓住未来5年的关键时期共建“一带一路”，再次为中阿互利合作明确方向，绘就蓝图。

“一带一路”建设推动中阿发展战略对接、深化务实合作。当前，中阿以能源合作为主轴，以基础设施建设和贸易投资便利化为两翼，以核能、航天卫星、新能源三大高新领域为突破口的“1+2+3”合作格局不断取得进展。中国从阿拉伯国家进口的原油已占海外进口原油总量的44%，中国在阿拉伯国家新签工程承包合同金额达646亿美元，埃及等7个阿拉伯国家成为亚洲基础设施投资银行创始成员，中阿还成立了总额200亿美元的两只共同投资基金。未来，中方将推进“油气+”合作新模式，加快投资便利化和高新技术落地进程，推进重点工业园区建设，把中方的产业优势、技术优势同阿方资源优势、人力优势相结合，让合作成果更多惠及中阿人民，实现中阿联动发展。
